Worked out perfectly, tried the Teleflora app and this was the local florist that was chosen to fulfill my order. Mom lives just a few miles from Casa de Flores and they delivered beautiful fresh flowers to her for her 84th. She was very happy, thank you!!!

Casa De Flores is amazing.
Not only are their arrangements beautiful and high quality, but their customer service is the best.
There was a slight misunderstanding with one of our orders, and they simply went above and beyond to make it right.
With that level of care from Nancy and team, I can't imagine buying flower arrangements from anywhere else now.

Cindy went Above and Beyond in fulfilling an order for a woman's birthday she's dying and I asked Cindy to make it as full as possible for the amount that we agreed on my friend said she has never seen a bouquet of flowers so beautiful and the comfort that she's getting from seeing what your shop sent thank you ever so much for paying attention and helping to make a dying woman happy thank you very much

I order flowers from here for my mom every year; they are very friendly and have excellent customer service. The person who took my order over the phone was Cindy and she did an AMAZING job helping me choose something over the phone. I wanted something more like a plant that will last rather than flowers. She was very patient with me and talked me through all my options.

About 15 years ago, this place was a great, thriving business. It’s in the emphasis was on the customer, good quality, product, and their pricing.
I was a regular, purchasing bouquets of flowers, pretty much once a week, and sometimes multiple bouquets for occasions.
Somewhere around five years ago it became evident that despite loyalty and willingness to pay the constantly increasing prices, the quality of the flowers had declined so much that within a day roses were already wilting.
The owner has become increasingly cold and unpleasant. Even when you’re purchasing something in the store, she is brusque an impatient. After the last round of paying exorbitant pricing for roses that were dead within two days, I called to discuss.
again, I’m someone that had a card on file, was always placing orders, and have literally been a patron for over 15 years…
Nevertheless, she was rude, abrupt, and stated that she wasn’t willing to discuss the failed flowers.
Her main focus is always on the special occasion bouquets that she charges Beverly Hills pricing for, and believe it or not Marks Gardens in Sherman Oaks, which provides the flowers to several A-list celebrities, and the Academy Awards, charges two dollars less a rose! No lie.
After reading several of the reviews on yelp, it became clear that I was not the only one having ongoing issues with this florist. If mediocre at high prices is OK by you, then, this is your place.
But there’s plenty of other florists in Encino in Sherman Oaks, and sone are even happy to have you as a loyal customer!
Spend your money elsewhere.

WONDERFUL place. I received a wonderful Valentine's Day arrangement of flowers/roses first thing in the morning and it looked picture perfect and they were so fresh and cold. I would love to order from them in the future. They did a fantabulous job!!
