I recently had a positive experience with Wells Fargo at their El Camino Real location. The friendly and efficient service stood out, making my banking visit smooth. The employees were not only welcoming but also ensured that despite the busy atmosphere, everyone was attended to promptly. The branch's cleanliness added to the overall positive impression.

Out of all the Wells Fargo that we do business at this one was absolutely the worst customer service we have ever received or experienced . Thank you Cameron for such an experience, we will definitely never use your branch again. Unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate our experience was with you! In 20 Years banking with WF by far this has been the worst customer service I've experienced.

terrible service!!! giving you a cold shoulder if you don't have an appointment! you need appointments now to talk to a banker?!! are they doctors???... as soon as I can I will switch banks!!!

Are they even open on a Saturday, says they are but has not been. Please update. Seriously not business friendly if Saturday is not an option for small business to make deposits and cash checks.

Physically painful to come to this bank. There are never enough tellers for the traffic of the bank, and they have very consistent turnover, so you're always dealing with brand new employees who barely know how to use the system. Getting change for my business usually is a 30-60 min long ordeal between waiting in line and waiting for the teller. This has been going on for about 6 months. I've never experienced a bank being so poorly run for so long. Wells Fargo needs to help these people so they can actually serve the neighborhood. I wish I had another option in the area.

These guys used to be open saturdays until 3 and mon- fri to 6pm. They shortened their hours. And they aren't even open this saturday. Got here well before 12 and sign says they are closed today. What the heck.

Painful on every level. Switched to this bank for our business and were nickel-and-dimed at every turn. On top of that, the Senior Business Banker can't be bothered to return calls or emails, even though you can't get anything to happen without making an appointment. You know...because their time is more important than yours.Grossly understaffed by truly unhelpful people who look like they hate working there.Closed my account after just a few months and moved to Mission Federal across the parking lot. Night and Day experience.

Stopped at this branch for some ATM transactions on my way home from Carlsbad. There are four walk-up outdoor ATMs facing the parking lot with 15 minutes parking spaces in front of them. There is no Drive Thru ATM.

Ariana is SO RUDE! I have been to this location three times and she has served me twice and she is not to your typical Wells Fargo employee. So rude and unkind. I can't believe they let their employees behave like this. She was so nasty to the sweet older man in front of me. I felt so mad I wanted to tell her what I thought of her. I held my tongue. I will not be going back to this location.

Poor communication. Nobody answers the phone. I believe their fraud department is committing the fraud. I have very good reason to believe this. People beware!!
