Have you been to this dump lately? Half of their self check out don't work. Their workers take their time checking people out so the lines are atrocious. Never go here if you need to quickly get in and out. Also be careful of the check out people, when they ask for your receipt, be ready. They straight harass you if you don't have it.

This Walmart location has me shocked but out of choice I don't really like because of the store being outdated and the floor tiles being destroyed and the management only hiring elderly people to work at the front registers then they complain and yell and the store is mixed around and weird don't like this location definitely should remodel or remove this Walmart!

Literally the worst Customer Service ever. I do not understand why you can't return something at any Walmart even if it's not sold there. They have trucks going every day but instead they'll make me drive to another one that has a certain department. And the attitude in which that information was delivered was awful.

I bought a Leggo Star Wars set online from this store because this store said they were the only one in all of San Diego and North County that had it left. I spent $46 on it as a Christmas gift. The next morning I get a text saying they made a mistake about not properly keeping track of their inventory and they are actually sold out. Now I have to wait 10 days for a refund to show up on my card. Irritating.

Is it asking too much that this store (or any store) who gets so much out of yelp.com, google.com and others, actually have honest listed hours of operation? Where's the respect anyway? Walmart close the doors 265 minutes early a few years ago for no good reason in NM. Honesty is the best policy - that's out the door! And the push back is pathetic. Low class means heartless disrespect and that's rampant - such low expectations. What did they do in this country I want to visit (if not live)? The one Walmart was built and burnt down! Bad karma, is what comes around goes around. And we need that country NOW to counter China, and they choose China!? What? Bad karma, again.

If I could give this location zero stars for customer service I would. It's 4:17pm with 3 cashiers open. I mean come on. There's only so many of us that can do self check out which ISNT MY JOB. God forbid an actual cashier need to open... also the attitudes given should be allowed retaliation. Show me your name tag Linda. I'm not afraid to give you a verbal beat down. I'm from NY and am not afraid to let it fly. I hope y'all have a GREAT DAY working for peanuts!!!

I came here for a last minute item (around 8pm on Tuesday night) and couldn't find it for the life of me. The employee stocking shelves (older gentleman with glasses - I forgot to get his name) who was stocking in the plumbing fixtures section was extremely helpful and very courteous. He went out of his way to help me, and was very friendly, and knew exactly where the item was that I was looking for. Despite it being on the other side of the store. I wish I got his name, but hopefully based off of the information I provided you're able to narrow it down and recognize him for going above and beyond.

Walked in at 8:31pm to make a return. I was told that the returns department was closed. The store closes at 11pm!! I have never heard of a returns department closing 2.5 hours before store closing time. What a clown show.

I refuse to shop and do their job by using self checkout. We are doing their work so they don't have to pay more employees. So many people giving the billionaires more money in their pockets, when they employ less people and raise the prices. They only have one lane open so expect a long wait it.

The girl Julia at customer service is rude . I ask her to shred my paysubs and she says no?! Then I ask her manager to do it and she does it with no issue . The heck ?! Beside the girl I give this place 5 star

Stop showing your receipt. It's unlawful and an unconstitutional search because you have no written agreement with them and it doesn't happen at all stores. At this store it hardly happens because they will not ask someone who appears wealthy. Hold the line and say kindly no thank you abs keep walking.
