I've never met less helpful people in my life. There's a lady who stands at a desk at the entrance, calls herself a manager but when you ask for help she says "I can't leave this spot" not a single employee seemed like they were slightly interested in helping anyone in the store and even when they did help the knowledge was limited. I planned on grabbing a few things, got so frustrated with the lack of help that I just I ordered from Amazon while I was still in the store. Might have to wait a day or two for my item but oh well! This was not my first experience like this at this location. I can't think of a reason I'll ever return to this store.

I came in store and saw it was not very busy at all. The greeting lady finally approached me and check me in after waiting for 5 minutes in the front. This was a new, extremely unfriendly young woman with a terrible attitude. She told me no one could help me today and I would have to come back in four days to get service. I could see employees sitting around, not working with other customers. She confronted me disrespectfully that no one can help me again and when would I like an appointment? Very rudely she walked away and I stood there to observed the situation to make sure I was seeing it correctly. I hope she gets fired soon!

OMID IS AWESOME! He helped my wife trade in her old iPhone for the new iPhone 15. He was extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable and he had my son cracking up!! Give that man a raise!!!

The worst customer service. They doomed Me into internet that isn't working. Paid 500 dollars one month and wouldn't see they made an error. Switched to tmibile and saving 150 a Month. Spent 10 hours on phone with customer serv ce. Blown off by this store also it's more than 25 a month for internet. Totally screwed

Scammers. Came into activate my ESIM and was told I can get a second line on my phone for free. It was not in fact free. It raised my bill 10$ and now I've wasted 30 minutes on the phone with customer service trying to get my bill back to normal. Sad.

Go to another Verizon store. Tomorrow will be my fourth trip to the store to setup two phones from a different carrier. I don't understand why this is difficult. The first employee failed to mention to unlock the phones and did not successfully set up either phone with service. This employee was playing on his phone instead of paying attention. He also did not select the correct phone for a trade-in. The trade-in was cancelled, but now I don't have a trade-in selected. The store has my trade-in, but since there is no record on my account I may be out $1,000. I hope this updates in the next 24 hours and at least the trade-in is there. I've wasted hours at this point and I'm back to the store to see if they have my trade-in tomorrow. I'm ready to go back to ATT.

First timer to this Verizon site...great service (phone upgrade) from Nick! I was lucky there was no wait but highly recommend making an appointment as a couple customers were entering the store.

was given the Verizon box for internet and they said it would be 25 dollars monthly, DO NOT GET THE VERIZON INTERNET! ITS WAY MORE THAN 25 DOLLARS! they tell you its 25 dollars but its a different story on the bill it will be 68.83 a month, and also a service charge? what ever that means, they promised me it was 25 dollars a month, phone deals for 50 dollars each line unlimited for a family , yet the cell bills say 80.00 per line! I have been through many reps trying to fix this, I will be looking for a new cell phone and internet provider, they are dishonest what they say to you in the store, then the bill is shocking when you get it

Verizon is the worst company for customer service I have ever worked with. I spent 5-6 hours trying to transfer a line from a corporate account to a personal line.

We've had the absolute worst experience with this store, and Verizon in general. Every single person we've worked with has given us incorrect information that has either wasted time or cost us money. They also haven't taken responsibility for anything and we weren't given what was promised under the promotion deal. Their only response was call Verizon. Complete runaround.

Brian helped us today get a brand new phone so helpful so resourceful knowledgeable so kind love love him someone give this man a raise he went above and beyond with exception customer service will be coming back, left Tmobile and came here so it was a amazing experience to do business here with a customer service representative like him, he should be a store manager if he isn't one had a smile from start to finish and so knowledgeable from start to finish thank you again Brian appreciate it man!

Nope. 12/28/22 11:45 am Purchased both an iPhone 14 Pro and an iPhone Pro Max from Verizon and came to the Verizon Store 12/28/2022 approx 12 noon @ 258 North El Camino Real, Suite A, Encinitas, CA. 92024 to buy screen protectors for them. Store was busy and checked in. While waiting, the Store Manager helped other guests who walked in with no appointment, including one customer who had a return, while he kept me waiting. No successful business processes returns while paying customers sit and wait for a sale. I then asked the Store Manager why he did that and he proceeded to tell me that how we do I there at Verizon, got argumentative, and then disappeared. To make matters worse they didn't even have the screen protector in stock, which the Manager could have checked instead of arguing with me. If you are looking for great customer support don't come to this store. Called in a complaint to Verizon Customer Service.

Let's start with how lazy the employees here are. The manager hides in the back and can't even come out and handle when his employees aren't doing there job, after 3 trips, selling me false promotions, sending to old addresses without confirming with me first cause Ig all kinds of drama! Now Verizon customer service is closed at 7 PM and NO ONE CAN DO NOTHING! The lazy af the employee waited until after 7p to make the call! This location is a joke and I would never return and reconsidering my service with Verizon! We pay bill 1000's to a service per person for customer service to be closed at 7p during the holiday! Absolutely NOT!
