“Last week I rented a vehicle from Greenleaf’s Carlsbad office while my own car was being repaired. My experience was positive, efficient and definitely exceeded my expectations. I’ve traveled for decades both nationally and internationally and I can attest that the rental process at Greenleaf was the fastest, simplest and most friction-free of any car rental I’ve experienced. My agent Robert was efficient, courteous, professional and patient. He handed me a simple, one-page rental agreement and answered my questions completely and thoughtfully. After I turned in my rental, Robert personally drove me in Greenleaf’s dedicated customer shuttle at no charge to pick up my newly repaired car. In the future, I’ll be sending my out-of-state family and friends to Greenleaf whenever they visit me in Carlsbad. Kudos and thanks to Greenleaf and Robert for a truly 5-star customer experience!”
“We were in a hurry, at the end of the last CSUSM school year, to find storage for a few things. David, there at Orbit U-Store, really worked hard to get us into a unit. When there was a snafu that prevented us getting into the arranged unit, he fixed things for us with an even larger unit for the same price. He even helped us move a few heavier things in and out, at the end of our storage needs. Great service!”

“Very convenient and staff is very nice.. if you want faster checking in and check-out do it on your mobile app.. and a tip turn on your location when you do mobile check in. For walk in go to PostalAnnex and for dropping off go behind the PostalAnnex. Drive through Bank of America then drive through the small alley and you will see all the trucks being park at the back.. find your spot and drop of the keys in the orange box when store is close, make sure you do your mobile check out. 20 dollar fee is being charge for trucks not being check out. It’s stated in their contract or hand it to the employee in the PostalAnnex when they are open.”
“I called last minute requesting a trailer and they were the only ones in north county who had what I needed (motorcycle trailer). The guy helping me was very nice and extremely helpful. Definitely 5/5”

“I've been using this Uhaul location for about 3 maybe 4 years to cart local florals and decor to wedding clients all over Southern California. Each time I receive a clean van, good customer service and typically close to a full gas tank, which is so nice. Other nearby Uhaul locations often leave you with just 1/2 a tank which is a bummer way to start off a trip! I highly recommend this location and I always try to book far enough out to be able to rent from this location.”

“Pricing is okay not the most economical option but if you need to get the job done it isn't totally unreasonable either. The staff is unique but can be a bit on the slow side when it comes to getting in and out quickly.”
