They dont want to cancel an online order, called twice and was assured it was cancelled and would get a refund, but instead keep getting notices to come pick up my order and no cancellation email or refund as promised

I really like this place for all my booze! I especially love all of the people working there they are super helpful. I also like their tastings they offer. As well as these awesome little notes that they put on by the wine so you can better decide what you want to try you were like me and don’t know a whole lot about wine.

Wow this place has a huge inventory of every liquor or wine you could want. I've never been into a Total Wine store until now and I'll definitely shop here for future needs. Prices are competitive compared to Bevmo but has the added benefit of a larger inventory and offerings.

Got a expensive bottle of Mezcal was really excited. The box that they provided me was torn on the bottom. I got to my car and bottle fell through box and broke. They shouldn’t have faulty boxes for customers to use. They said it was on me and could get 30% off. They said once it leaves the store it’s my responsibility. However, my car was very very close.

This place is a rad findHubby and I wanted a quick chill date before tackling a Costco trip for Thanksgiving shopping. This was the answer. Such a great vibe in the shop, wines of all prices and types in all budgets. Loved that we could purchase a bottle to drink with a small cheese board and enjoy each others company.Definitely planning to be back often

Stumbled upon this place while looking up how I can get moonshine after vacationing at tn! They had ol smoky moonshine and every other one I looked at in tn! They even had little bottles to try if you didn't wanna buy the actual size yet. Customer service was great, everyone was nice and answered all our questions. Also want to try the wine tasting here. They also have every hard kombucha, seltzer, and ipa you can think of here too. Plus every visit you get really good coupons based on what you purchase. My hubby said he can get lost in there for hours in every section lol. We love this place! We always come here for our pregame stuff before music festivals now.

Don't ask these people for help. Yes, they have a great selection, but if you ask them for something decent, they have no clue. How do I know?Every year we go to a blind wine tasting party. The out of 21 wines, the ones recommended by the Total Wines team ranked 21st and 19th. I would have had a better chance of getting a good wine by picking a random one from the shelf of Vons

On August 3, 2023 I went to the Encinitas store of total wines and purchased a really large order of wines and liquor. I couldn’t find a certain wine and I stopped a gentleman and asked if he could help. This gentleman’s name is Michael Crolene,(hope I spelled it correctly). Michael was extremely knowledgeable of the French wine I was looking for. After five or 10 minutes going through some wines he then asked me if I liked tequila in which I said indeed and so does everyone that would be at my party. Well, he said follow me and made a great recommendation of an awesome tequila,(Fortaleza). There was a limit one bottle per customer which I purchased one Blanco and one reposado . Michael was right, It was epic. Michael has awesome customer service skills and is very personable and extremely knowledgeable on all thing wine and spirits. He’s truly an asset to total Wine in every aspect of customer service. He made my experience epic and when I go back, I will be requesting him From now on. Thank you Michael for the education and fun experience.

I think the staff here is so knowledgeable and not only knows what's stocked, but new cool brands that are tucked away or don't get much press. From interesting wine to my favorite... bourbon and whiskey. They know it all. Example... I had heard about American Soldier whiskey and one of the staff jumped up and found it. Last week was Whistle Pig at a great price! Very cool shopping experience plus an app where you get points for free stuff. I'm a fan!

Great selection of alcohol. Very knowledgeable and helpful employees. If you're lucky, you'll come across Mike, that guy is super knowledgeable about wine, spirits, and has great recommendations.

Huge store, excellent selection for wine, spirits, beer and tons of other stuff. Good online ordering process too, I frequently order for pickup. I purchase all my beverages from here exclusively now.
