They dont want to cancel an online order, called twice and was assured it was cancelled and would get a refund, but instead keep getting notices to come pick up my order and no cancellation email or refund as promised

I really like this place for all my booze! I especially love all of the people working there they are super helpful. I also like their tastings they offer.
