I stopped by the Encinitas store on March 1, 2024 to see if they could help me with a kitchen faucet spray nozzle. The told me they do not carry that brand in their store, but Susie & her Gentleman Associate took the time to take a look at it, and he removed the flow regulator, hoping that would work. Much to my surprise, I got home & it worked like a brand new faucet. Not only did he save me money, but I will return to this beautiful Showroom with it's top-end fixtures. Highly recommend this place and excellent Customer Service, not to mention, a very friendly staff! Thank You!

(Disclaimer: As you can see this is going to be a long review so the abridged version is to go see Janelle or the rest of the team and they will far exceed your expectations with their level of service and knowledge. Also, their quotes were the best by far and seemed much more fair than the other stores I started with.) Alright here we go and glad you stayed. I was just starting an interior remodel and had been stopping by different stores like Pirch to get ideas and honestly just to learn about the different brands so I could narrow my search. I felt when I went to the other stores I was shown a couple brands like Waterstone, Newport Brass, etc. but not much more. Just the usual pick what you like which left a void that I had to fill with my own research. So as many of us have done and some point you ask your parents for advice. This ended up being my mom so I could find out who they used for their remodel. They had mentioned European Bath in Solana Beach. So I give them a call and found out that Joel bought the company and it is now Faucets N Fixtures. So having had a couple design consultations under my belt I headed over and met Janelle at their Encinitas location. From the beginning she just seemed like a happy person and was very passionate about the design as well as the stories of each brand. For instance she told me about the founder of Waterstone who after graduating from USC loved Navel designs from his time at the U.S. Naval Academy and founded the company. She walked me through each brand and was very patient with my laundry list of questions. She came out to the property multiple times and gave me solid workarounds that were less invasive for areas like the master shower so I didn't have to worry about removing tile. Which brings up another point. A lot of stores will sell you a product but not go into the components of an install as something that may seem simple may require some demoing. So instead of leaving me high and dry Janelle, Mark, and Dani really helped to give me advice and provide simplified solutions so I wasn't left high and dry. She was also a wealth of knowledge for outside referrals. For instance a new plumber after the one my general contractor used made several blunders. Her guy did a flawless job and saved the day. During the whole process Janelle was there every step of the way. We bounced ideas back and forth and she really helped weigh the pros and cons. She also gave me a wayyyy better quote than the other stores!!! It seems their philosophy is that you're going to shop around so come out strong from the beginning with the quote. As such I have referred several people to her and my parents are now going to see her as well. A bit full circle lol What I liked most was the fact that Janelle and the rest of the team like Mark, Todd, and Dani made you feel a part of the family. I have met Joel as well multiple times who owns five stores and background was plumbing who he really is super knowledgeable and a great guy. If you made it all the way down to here then you get a Gold Star and I hope you will check them out. Janelle made the process fun and exciting. Walk in, walk around … watch the sales people sitting, chatting. Not even a “let me know if you need anything.”
Maybe they have a decent selection, but sales and support is important and was non-existent.

Walked into this store today looking for an obscure piece hardware that fits only one manufacturer’s door handles. Although they did not stock the item and needed to order it, one of the staff undertook a search of the stock room and ultimately found three of them and gave them all to me at no charge. Impressive.

Hands down the best fixture store around, me and my associates have bought many fixtures and the staff here is on point and eager to help. Don't come here if your looking for the HARDWARE store stuff. Come here if you want your home to be a unique showpiece. Great company.

Looking to completely remodel our master bath and hallway bath I found this place on google so I took a ride to pick out a bathtub, shower and all new fixtures. As soon as we walked into the store one of the salespeople acknowledged us because he was walking towards the door. There were 3 other salespeople there and the woman was dealing with customers but the 2 guys that were sitting behind the desk didn’t acknowledge us at all, they just remained in their seats and ignored us. Once the woman was finished with her customers she came over to us and tried to help us but by then it was too late the place just had a very unwelcoming atmosphere and I had no intention of doing business with this place. I did have a question about one of the tubs that we were very interested in and the woman wasn’t around so I asked one of the guys that was glued to his chair, he never left his seat so I had to ask him from across the showroom about the price, delivery charge etc. It’s really too bad because we liked their tubs and bathroom fixtures/showers.

I have been going to Faucets and Fixtures for my house for years. I was just in there today for a new project, and once again I was so pleased with the service and patience. Mark was friendly and beyond helpful. And, the prices pretty much match what they are if you look online. The bonus of shopping in store though, is they explain things you need and don't eed, something you may not know if you're not a professional. I 100% recommend this store.

I would give more stars if I could - we had a great experience here. Went in trying to figure out how to fix or replace our shower fixtures bought 10 years ago - we had chosen a fancy Italian brand but we couldn't recall the name and it wasn't on the fixture anywhere. We were ready to try to replace it when we were told by an appliance salesperson to try this specialty store Faucets and Fixtures. We hit the jackpot!! The salesperson, Mark Atanasovski listened to us and immediately recognized the brand, G.S. Products when we showed him the photos. Not only that,even though they didn't carry the line any more but he knew the company representative's name and his email address, called him for us and let him know what we needed, gave us his number and sent us on our way. Unbelievable customer service!! The GS Rep came to our house that day, had the parts with him and fixed it! Incredible! It's a beautiful store, Mark knew everything about their products. We will definitely go there for future needs - as many of our fixtures need to be replaced. So hard to find sales people that really care, Mark really does. Highly recommend them.

We were remodeling our kitchen and I WAS going to order hardware from Amazon blah blah...but my friend took me to Faucets N' Fixtures and I was overwhelmed by the beauty of how simple hardware can make or break the look!!We spent a lot of time and money picking out things to update the house and we knew this was going to be it for us. The handles were ordered and we JUST put them on and it transformed the kitchen so beautifully!!! Just a simple handle, pull or whatever--this is the place to go.You are definitely getting QUALITY over quantity. I know these will last a lifetime. Thanks Janelle for all your help!!

We had a great experience working with these folks about seven years ago when doing a couple of bathroom models. We started having problems with one of the drain stoppers. The manufacture no longer made a particular part and suggested we buy brand new which would mean we’d have to buy two because it’s a jack and Jill bathroom. Mark was kind enough to remember that he had a couple of spare ones left over from a job site. He said let’s make a bad situation good and just take these two for free. Above and beyond great service. The staff is always very helpful with questions and product information. Nice clean show room with tons and tons of examples of products. We highly recommend you check them out thanks again for all your great work guys !

We've made several purchases and each time the customer service has been fantastic. The products are higher end, good quality products, but they're also available elsewhere. It's the old-fashioned customer service that will continue to bring us here. Kudos to people who know how to back up their products with the people that make a dif!
