I was standing in line earlier yesterday June 18th around 3pm, with one item behind a couple customers (all of the self checkouts were closed), and one of the employees came up in front of me and put down a sign that said, “register closed” on the register and told the guy in front of me that he is going to be the last one and SHE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING TO ME ABOUT MOVING TO A DIFFERENT LINE.
I stood there stunned that one of the workers would do that especially at Target and not Walmart, but the young lady working at the register told me she would still take me and shook her head about her co worker. Later I confronted the lady that put the sign there and told her she should have said something to me instead of ACTING RUDE instead of telling the Customer he’s the last one. Instead she didn’t acknowledge me and just talk on her ear piece radio as if I weren’t there and walked away. I ended up ignoring it and trying to forget about it, but it absolutely upsets me that something like this would happen.
I chose to shop at Target due to the cleanliness and the customer service Target has, but after that I can’t go back there. The Worker looked to be a manager wearing jeans, a red shirt with white polka dots on it. The lady was blonde and Caucasian maybe in her late 50s. This is the last time I’m ever going to that Target. Target please re-evaluate your employees!!!! Especially those who YOU CHOOSE TO PUT IN HIGHER POSITIONS OVER OTHERS!

I tried to order two items online for delivery. It wouldn’t accept my password. I created a new one. Then it was going to charge $9.99 for delivery even though it would accept my target card for payment. I tried calling the store. No answer. I tried talking to someone when I went to the store. No one available. Very frustrating! Not going to be shopping at Target any time soon!

Order pickup is a joke plan on waiting hours and hours for your items and then plan on either not getting all your items or receiving other people's items. Not once, not twice, Not three times but four times now they have they messed up. Also, incredibly rude customer service!

0 STARS-The lady at guest services told me they don't refund lego products which i had never heard of and of course when i call corporate they tell me that they do refund lego and that they don't know why they would tell me that!!! I then went and returned the same product at a different target with no problem! I wonder why i would get refused at the Encinitas target known for being blatantly discriminating through the community.

I went in for milk and a couple other pantry staples. The milk I wanted was on the very top shelf and there were only three left, pushed against the back wall of the cooler. Completely unreachable. No employees around to help. I finally asked another shopper who was walking by for some help. Even he could barely reach them. I received a survey this afternoon about my experience. The questions were more about whether or not I felt comfortable and the ‘inclusiveness’ of my experience. Note to retailers… Stop worrying about how much the mannequins represent the community and whether I saw people who looked like me represented in the store, and pay attention to your stock and customers needs. We come in to buy milk, not to critique and make a check list of the in-store advertisements and color and sizes of your mannequins.

Ordered misc items around 3 in the afternoon while I was at work so I could pick it up on the way home. Arrived at 6 in the evening and the order still wasn’t ready. I walked in to ask customer service (because I guess they can’t answer their phone) and they were all just standing at the desk doing nothing and proceeded to tell me that my order (literally just chips and beer) could take up to six hours to fill. For what? Idk, they wouldn’t tell me. Lazy.

Love the customer service here the bathrooms are clean the staff are nice including the manager everything is stocked and the shopping experience is absolutely wonderful love shopping here definitely better than any other store!

It's always so easy stopping in here for some quick (or not so quick) shopping! First, their drive up pickup has so many spots available and makes it easy to order online and just pick up while waiting in your car. The layout is like most other Targets but something about this location doesn't feel so busy or packed like others. Plenty of self checkout spots make all cashier lines quick. The staff is always kind and helpful if you can't find the aisle for an item you're looking for. The only downside is I always buy way more than I intend to!
