60$ ring said to be "14k gold" turned my girlfriends finger green after not even a day of wearing it. I know it's most likely sterling silver dipped in gold but still terrible to rip someone off like that.

Workers were kind and helpful as I browsed for a gift for a friend. Main product offering is gold jewelry, but all of the jewelry is stunning. There's a small clothes, accessories, and shoe selection; Expensive but cute and trendy. Will shop here again!

5 star service and selection! I came in today looking for a last minute dress for a party I'm attending tomorrow and there were many options to choose from. The sales associate, Erin, helped me select several cute items to try on. She was friendly and eager to make sure I was happy with my selection. Found this local sweet boutique searching for some bridal stuff. What I especially loved was their jewelry selection. They have a variety of gold jewelry created by local artists and it’s also super reasonably priced (ranges from $30-$60). The staff are friendly and helpful and they have a lot of cute clothes too!

Not very impressed. I'm an avid shopper. I'm either shopping by myself or with girl friends at least once a week. I've purchased from Swirl a few times and every time I feel as though I'm intruding on the two sales representatives there. The selection is ok but there are plenty of places to shop and if I'm going to be out shopping I do not enjoy going somewhere with awkward and unprofessional staff. A little customer service and grace training would go a long way here.

Unfortunately this store does not tell you when you make a purchase that no returns. It is only exchanges and store credit. I guess this small business wants to make sure they never have to give back any money. It is sad as will never shop here and support a small business. A big turn off. Please let your customers purchasing your policy.

If I could give Swirl 100 stars I would. The owner is amazing, she's a very hands on owner- always in and out styling at her different locations. All employees I've met are top tier, with a perfect balance of trendy and everyday. Not pushy in the sales department. Seems to me that your experience there is more their concern than how much merchandise you leave with. Very refreshing! Love you ladies!
