My appointment was at 11 AM. Vivian texted me that she’d be 10 to 15 minutes late. I got there at about 11:10 AM and she didn’t take me until 11:30 AM!
I have things to do on Saturday. But I don’t like having to wait when I specifically asked for 11 AM.
Other than that, I love Vivian and she does a wonderful job on my hair!

I made an appointment for 2:20 with Vivian at the Encinitas Supercuts. After 45 minutes of waiting I've asked her how long it will take and she said just to clean up and checking out next thing I know she was on a personal phone call so I just walked out and I was very very disappointed with the service very incompetent of all three of them sorry about that but that's what it was

Stylist: Taylor was my stylist and she did an awesome job with my haircut. She followed my instructions very well and she even wrote them into my member profile. That way, another stylist will be able to help me easily in the future. When I brought up my concern about a strand of hair that would stick out after my hair grows out, Taylor helped address it by trimming accordingly. Keep up the great work, Taylor! Ali was great! I would have gone elsewhere if it wasn’t for her customer service when I called. The other two stylists I have seen, have both left. But because of Ali, I came back. Love my cut!! She went above & beyond to ensure I was happy! Don’t lose her!

I’ve been coming to Your store since the day you opened. Damien has been cutting my hair for years and is absolutely awesome. I just sit down we chat. He knows how I want to cut and I’m out of there.
Stylist: Damien is the man like a great bartender. I sit down. He knows how I have my haircut in and out of there in 12 minutes. It’s great.
