Great service from friendly and helpful staff. Picked up a 5G router to test drive and compare it, side by side with existing AT&T fibre connection. Result in my switching over on 3rd day! Only regret is that I hadn't done it earlier.

I am compelled to share my ongoing issues with the T-Mobile store in Encinitas, particularly concerning the conduct of one of the managers. Over the past two months, I’ve been repeatedly assured that copies of my invoices would be sent to me for an important court matter. These assurances have been empty, leading to a forced postponement of my court date.Recently, I spent an hour and a half in the store, and with the help of an employee, I was promised again by a U.S.-based billing representative that I would receive my documents. Unfortunately, this promise was not kept. Further attempts to resolve this over the phone were met with resistance and culminated in a store manager, an African-American male, refusing to help me. His manner was unprofessional; he stated that he would not ‘waste his time’ assisting me, which I find unacceptable for someone in his position.Customer service is not just about answering calls but about seeing a task through to completion, especially when it significantly impacts a customer’s life. This manager’s behavior is not only a disservice to customers but also sets a poor example for the team he leads. His consistent lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help are not what I expect from T-Mobile, and it’s an issue that needs to be addressed immediately. You’re only as strong as your weakest link and they have a serious weak link be cautious going into this location. Mariah you really need to reevaluate your management team.

The textbook definition of incompetence. I needed assistance regarding old sprint and t-mobile information. The associates always told me they couldn't help me or pawned me off to someone else. One associate told me they couldn't help me, but another one told me they actually could and showed them how to help me. The people in the store told me to contact customer service, but after an hour and a half wait I was told by customer service to talk to the people in the store. I forced them to talk to each other to resolve the issues, but it took about 8 hours of work on the phone and in the store to get what I needed (and I still had to go to apple to get help). What a waste of time. They don't care about you, so spend your money elsewhere. Making me run around feels borderline illegal - no one can help you and they always force you to talk to someone else, hoping you give up.

Had to go in twice to get my number ported over and try closing my T Mobile account. After the second time the number was ported to Verizon but they did not close my account just kept charging me for it. Make sure you get something in writing stating that your T Mobile account is closed. Now I have to go in a third time in person as they can't close it over the phone as I don't remember my pin. As I thought I could throw away all T Mobile information due to it being closed.T Mobile has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Corey was super helpful - probably the nicest, most knowledgeable and professional employee I’ve ever encountered in my history as a T-Mobile customer of more than 10 years. This will be my go-to location from now on.

I was very pleased with Christians service. He took the time to make sure there were no compatibility issues before even starting the sale process. He also gave great insight. The manager was awesome also! I understand that they don't make the phones or work the towers like some other reviewers want them to. Sometimes they are busy and sometimes not so much. I plan, educate myself and don't arrive 30mins to closing.Thanks!!

They were very patient with me to help me understand that if I don’t have insurance, my Apple phone has to be serviced by Apple directly!
