I just wanted a cheap carwash, but the guy said "no Teslas in the tunnel", even though I've brought my car here before and they've put it through the flipping tunnel. He said I had to do the $60 hand wash option.So disappointed in this place. They lie and try to take advantage of people. I won't be coming back here ever again.

Lately the car wash they provide here has been going downhill. One time recently I paid extra for trim polish and they skipped it. I had to point it out and wait even longer while they finished.I questioned whether to take my car here again today but I needed it cleaned before a trip and decided to make a quick stop. I always make sure to close my windows before a car wash. Today was no exception. When my car was finished with the cleaning they waved, "Finished!" and I walked over, tipped them and got into my car. I immediately noticed there was water all over the inside passenger side dashboard, air vents, inside the door, the speakers, seat, and the backseat and back door as well. I asked the employees what happened and they said one of their staff accidentally opened the window a bit before running it through the wash. They knew there was water inside my car but didn't say anything or bother trying to dry it! I asked them to wipe up all the water, which they did, but they kept claiming they didn't know who the manager was when I asked. I finally found the manager and he replied that it's the customer's responsibility to make sure windows are closed. I pointed out that all windows were closed before I left the car. He then said they will make sure windows are closed next time. There will not be a next time. Their job quality has deteriorated and now they're damaging property but not taking responsibility. Avoid this place!

I took my car here today for an express wash, and when it was returned to me, I noticed the passenger side floor and seat were soaked! It looks like water was dumped specifically on that area. I called and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I will not be returning.

They told me when I arrived that a Tesla must he hand-washed. Pretty expensive. Not what I was expecting. Maybe they could post this information somewhere.

Just ok. The wash was good, not great. Same goes for the waiting area, shop and service. Seeing as how they charge the same as other hand wash services, I won’t be going back unless the competition is awful.

The service here was fine, nothing extraordinary. It's attached to a little food mart, there is sandwiches and an ice cream place inside. I had traveled with my pets and gave an extra tip ahead of time for a better vacuuming job, it was still dirty. I probably won't return.

They tried to scam me by running my 2020 Outback thru without washing it with automatic equipment. There excuse was it was not working. I yelled at them and they ran it through again and magically the machines started working again. They used be great when they first opened up years ago. NOT NOW.

I had a fantastic experience at this place! I opted for a mini detail, and it turned out to be the best car wash I've had since I moved to the area.A big thank you to the team; you guys are awesome!Despite passing several other car washes along the way from Escondido to Encinitas, I choose to bring my cars here for a reason. This car wash is undoubtedly the most pleasant one I've ever visited! The convenience of being able to enjoy a sandwich, yogurt, or a snack from the convenience store while sitting on the covered patio is just wonderful. It's like they are the car fairy godmothers, performing magic on your vehicle.Their pricing is competitive, and they are transparent about it, offering tremendous value for the outstanding service they provide. I highly recommend them!

Just got my car washed and got a very unfair treatment from both the employees and the manager. The car came out of car wash with a few spots on the exterior which needed a bit more attention and mentioned to the attendance but they refused to remove and asked for $60 extra if I wanted to get those three minor spots removed. Came home and removed them myself in 3 mins with sponge and dually applied soap. Not sure as why if they call themselves car wash would refuse to put a bit more customer satisfaction efforts to make sure customers are happy for what they pay for. I would definitely avoid them for any car wash related business.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Do I bring my cars from Escondido to Encinitas for a car wash? Passing all the other car washes along the way. Yes, I do. The most pleasant car washing place I've ever been! You can get a sandwich, a yogurt, or a convenience store snack and sit on the covered patio while your car gets their magic treatment. They seriously might be a car fairy godmother. Pricing is competing, transparent, and a tremendous value for what you get.

This place advertises gas @ $4.90 for Supreme Unleaded but when you get up to the pump it says gas is 1 dollar extra per gallon for 2-row SUVs or trucks and $2 extra per gallon for 3-row SUVs or trucks. So you are purposely misled and lured to get your gas here and by the time you are here and paying or have paid, whos going to leave? Many will not. This gas station is misleading the public because they are sketchy and this seems illegal. I won't be back.

I paid for a hand wash which includes some things from lower level washes, like cleaning the dashboard and using dressing and things like that. I would say they did a good job on the things they touched like vacuuming the wash itself and the spray wax, but they didn't touch my dashboard at all, when I was driving home I noticed it was still just as dusty as it was before. They also left quite a few streaks on my windows. It's a little disappointing because I paid for a nicer wash and they didn't do the basics. Probably wouldn't go back for something like I got but if you just want a relatively cheap, quick and good wash then I would go. The people who work there are nice enough and work hard.
