Wish we chose a different location to go to instead of Encintias. We talked to the only employee in the store about buying sample sizes of multiple colors. After we spent 30 minutes picking out colors, he told us they didn't actually have any sample sizes of paint in stock and by then it was too close to closing time to go to the Carlsbad location. What a waste of time.

Buyer be ware. Sherwin Williams online ordering systems is flawed. It seems convenient to order your paint online, and has a promise of being contacted when its ready. This isn't true, I waited for notification of being ready, it never came. I then called to cancel the order since it wasn't ready, the store manager told me, sorry but I had agreed to purchase it online and he won't refund the money, even thought they failed to live up to their end of the transaction. For premium pricing, you get sub par service.

Excellent, friendly and helpful service. They recommended a paint and a roller that worked perfectly on my outdoor metal doors. Would highly recommend!

Follow up from yesterday. Stopped in again this morning and spoke to the manager, Nick, about yesterday's experience. He was apologetic and asked how he could remedy the situation. Long story short, Nick went beyond the call of duty and restored my faith in this store. Thank you!Just stood in the store looking at paint sprayers for 15 minutes. Three people behind the counter with no customers in the store. No one said a word to me until I was practically out the door. Along with me went a $1500 order for a new sprayer and a mess of paint. Oh well. Heading over to the Home Depot.

Super friendly and helpful. This is THE best paint store with the best service in the area. If they domt have it in stock they will help direct you to a store that has what you like. They help with matching color and love what they do.

In my opinion, the best paint available. Very helpful with selecting products, prepping orders, and even helping load. Store has every painting tool or material you may need just in case you forgot something.

Four stars only because I had to drive to another store to pick up rather than they ship it to my local store. Always, pays to follow up, example, I was told my paint was only at a certain store. My own research proved there was a store much closer that had it in stock.

Friendly staff. They take paint disposal up to 5 gallons (can size, not amount left). Very quick drop off!
