I used the car wash for the first time today. It was ok nothing to brag about. The job was mediocre . The drying part was not done. The windshield was all spotty so I had to finish the job. Nothing was wiped down inside the car. I knew it was going to be bad based on other reviews. Now I know.. will never go back.

From the owners to the employees with a high ethical sense as well as fun, I have a close relationship with each one of them to realize that they do things the best they can, I have to look after my car since I have a dislike for the machine that wash the cars and there are also I'm happy.

They are only open until 10pm, but keep posting that they are 24 hours. False advertising and unsafe business practices. Lame and super shady.

Horrible car wash. Beware. Scratched car. I wanted to share my negative recent experience at the Shell car wash in Encinitas on El Camino. I opted for the $100 wash and wax package after being up sold by the sales person. However, upon driving home I noticed multiple scratches 15 to 20 on the touchscreen display of my new car that were definitely not there before. Despite bringing this to the attention of management (Marlon & Antonio), and even speaking with the owner (Howdy), I was informed that once I leave the premises, they were not liable for any damages. Additionally, they brushed off my concerns by claiming it was impossible for their microfiber towels to cause scratches The lack of accountability and customer service was disappointing to say the least. I advise others to be cautious when choosing She'll car wash in Encinitas. There are better options available in the area.

Do not waste your money going there. They do a terrible job of washing your car. It keeps getting worse every time I go there.Few months ago I would take my car and ask for washing the inside and outside. They would vacuum the car and rinse the floor mats and wash the inside and outside and the tires.This time they did not do the tires and did not rinse the floor mats saying I should’ve asked for the higher price wash.They did all that before for the same price that I paid this time.They are never consistent in how they do it. I’ve had other problems like this before.Services: Vacuuming

After not trying them for at least five years I figured I'd give it a shot and just go for a basic wash and they really could not have done a worse job. It's as if they did not even vacuum the car. I spent 20 minutes following cleaning out the car.

ZERO STARS! Worst car wash I've ever used. This car wash is closest to my house, so I've used it several times when desperate. Last time I went, they left food crumbs on my seats, didn't wipe down inside at all, left water marks all over the outside, and as usual, they use a dirty rag to "clean" inside of windows so I have to go home and use winded and paper towels to wipe away the foggy look inside my windshield. All the employees have really bad attitudes too.

Usually they do a great job, but not this time! I paid for Gold Car Wash but did NOT receive it!It didn't look like it was completely vacuumed, there was partially wiped dashboard as well as door panels.The compartments on the two front doors wasn't cleaned!The exterior of the car still had bird or bug debris on it !VERY DISAPPOINTED!! NOT TYPICALLY the Result when been in the past!!

Went here on the Fourth of July to get some last minute propane refills. You'd think it would be their busiest day of the year for propane or at the very least they would be open but nope. Asked the kid behind the counter if they refill propane and he said "I think the propane is closed today". Figured I'd ask where around here refills propane tanks and he looked like I asked him how to cure cancer. Do not recommend.

I've been bringing my car here for years and today was very disappointed. I purchased the premium and was upsold to full detailing. They spent an hour on it under the covered portion so it wasn't until I drove away and into the light that I realized how much had been missed - my center console looked untouched, my carpets not fully vacuumed and the seats looked untouched as well. How had could it be for them to vacuum the seats? Might turn around and go back, but also have other things to do with my day. Won't be returning.

Just got our car back. Will never be returning. Paid for the highest level of cleaning and this is how our car was returned. The car was already completely clean otherwise, it just needed a good vacuuming. It looks like they didn't even touch the seats. After seeing other reviews it looks like other people have experienced the same thing. If you have any pet hair in your car I highly recommend not coming here.

I had my car detailed for $170.00. The best it has looked since I bought it brand new in 2020! I have 2 dogs. We had gone to Fiesta Island with the dogs and my car was a mess. Sand, dog hair, mud etc. They got all the dog hair, sand and mud out. It looks and feels amazing. I will always come back to them!

Terrible car wash service. It took over 1 hr for a hand wash. They washed and finished 3 cars that arrived after me before my vehicle.

Antonio is Incredible. His Customer Service is TOP notch. Always, always happy and friendly and him and his guys do an excellent job on your vehicle. I take all my family's vehicles here. They have a great, large outside waiting area and a Mediterranean restaurant inside. What more could you want or expect! Always go here. You will get to know everyone and they will keep your car sparkling
