There are times in our lives when doing huge things like moving to Europe that we need the kind of help that only a miracle worker can pull off. Julie is this kind of person. I came to her a bit scattered with what she quickly identified as a useless notary that would have certainly caused our visa to be rejected, and immediately set me straight with the correct certification for all of my critical documents. She is incredibly detail oriented, unbelievably professional, and one of the most sincere and helpful people I've ever come across. Not only that, but her professional network can get seemingly impossible things done on frankly insane deadlines. I am so, so glad that we reached out to her and we will never, ever use a different notary service as we have already found the very best.

I was a little hesitant to choose this place due to the reviews, but I'm glad I decided to try it out. I made an appointment online the day before, and the tech was ready for me as soon as I arrived (although I arrived 20 minutes early). She was very quick and thorough and explained the entire process and fees to me. A sketchy man came to the door at the end of my appointment, and the tech was nice enough to offer to walk me to my car if I felt unsafe. I highly recommend this place for your LiveScan needs. My apologies for not catching the tech's name.

I had to get a live scan done on short notice, and I am so happy I was able to find and choose this location. This office has a quick and easy-to-navigate appointment scheduling system, and less than 24 hours after booking my appointment I was having my live scan performed!Julie was quite kind, efficient, and knowledgeable, and made the overall experience a breeze. I truly appreciate quality personal services. The Live Scan process, by its very nature, is uncomfortable and not a particularly entertaining experience. I had to repeat the process three times, not because anything was done wrong. But because three separate governmental entities needed their own report. Too bad the process can't be streamlined but that certainly isn't Luna LiveScan's fault.

I needed fingerprints for work and this was such an easy and seamless process! Simple to find, simple to park, kind woman working - I believe she was the owner. My appointment was at 5pm and I was done and out in less than 15 minutes. Professional and easy! If you have any notary or livescan needs, head to Luna Livescan. You won't be disappointed!

I would like to thank Daniel and the crew for responding quickly to a City release of citation document that needed to be notarized asap for a real estate transaction. Daniel came out within the hour to get the signature notarized making it possible for me to submit the notarized document to the County Recorder's office that afternoon.
