Don’t buy tobacco here. Bought supposedly “the fresh one” and it was anything but. Tried to return it right away and they said all sales are final. They didn’t tell me that upfront. Beware.

Sadly disappointed. Liquor clerk whether owner or not was on the phone and kept us waiting over 5 minutes just to check out. Person wasn't even present upon walking into the store and waited over 5 minutes for anyone to appear.Just passing through and buying wine/ice gift for family in Del Mar

These guys used to be great, but the must’ve changed owners when they changed names to “Wine 101” or whatever it is now . They have some new owners/employees (40-50 old guys) that are extremely rude and can hardly be bothered to make a sale . They sit behind the counter on the phone and act like customers are a bother .. I’ve been shopping here exclusively, for beers and wine, for the last 10 years, but they have lost my business for good .

Great atmosphere, family owned and operated! Great selections, location, and friendly staff! When it's family owned it has heart and that is the best part! Never met a family other than my own that truly puts their hearts in their establishment

HORRIBLE! Would rate -5 if I could! I came all the way from Florida to enjoy my bday and he tried to keep my ID claiming that it's fake. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I am over 2,000 miles away from home.. if this man would have kept my ID that would have been a really horrible turn in my trip. TRAVELERS BEWARE

I arranged an overnight delivery of wine as a gift through this store on 12/29 as a New Year's present. I just saw on line that it will be delivered on 1/3 instead. If I had not been assured that the wine would be delivered in time for New Year's eve, I would not have made the order. Moreover, I tried to reach both the store and delivery service several times - leaving messages - and no one got back to me. This was unfortunately poor service.

Came in for the first time today, we were looking for something specific and they had it. They have a great selection and the guy at the counter was extremely helpful. I'm not a frequent liquor store shopper, but this place is a great place to find a nice bottle. They had an impressive selection of wine and beer. I will definitely come back.
