Do not stay here. Walls are paper thin, so no ability to get sleep if you have an impolite neighbor which there are plenty. This is a hotel for tweekers. Neighbors left TV on loud the entire night and staff didn’t do anything upon repeated request. You won’t want to use the bathroom here either. This place should be condemned.

Booked through Choice Hotels and couldn’t be more disappointed. Booked two rooms. $150+ for each room. Not cheap. So expectations were normal. Room smelled of mildew. Dirty and stained sheets/box spring covers. Ceiling fan covered in dust/ no ceiling light cover on bulbs. Ripped lamp shades. Torn curtains. Worn and chipping furniture. Black stained carpets. We kept all our belongings on the table. Dirty shower with mold in corners. BTW use some bleach it goes along way to clean those tubs. Walls were paper thin. Would never recommend nor will I return.

If U like my comment click the ❤️ & show some love.
Good spot if U wanna be cheap, get bed bugs, sleep in stained sheets.
WoW, this spot needs a lot of work.
Stay clean, just because it's a cheap room don't mean U gotta keep it dirty as well.
Will I return to this spot, Maybe not. Depends if I'm short on funds again.

Booked 2 months ahead
Asked for ground floor room and got it.
Bare bones hotel.
It was clean. Water hot. Towels where nice size. They gave you extra if you ask.
No coffee maker
Had microwave, mini frig, by the bed charging stations.
Washer/dryer available for $.
Close to my sons home, food, bars, beaches, gas station, shopping. Hotel is right on the 101.
Close to the "coaster".
Parking is an issue. The spaces are very narrow. Hard to park a large SUV there.
Busy hotel. People coming and going.
Over all a good value.
Please add coffee makers to rooms.
Wish it had a pool.
Walkability: To bars, restaurants, beach
Food & drinks: They had soda machine
Ice was available.

Great location, close to the beach with lots of eateries nearby. It's very old and needs remodeling. The room was clean however mattress needs to be replaced. Felt like sleeping on a trampoline; everytime I rolled over the bed bounced. lol
I'm not complaining. I was tired and needed a place to sleep for the night. Eventually the swaying and bouncing of the mattress soothed me to sleep or I was so exhausted that it no longer mattered.

I try not to write bad reviews as I think most often they are not necessatated, but I cannot overlook this one. I am usually easy going but the buck stops here when there wasn't any hot water, a basic requirement to operate a hotel. I can overlook the fact that the rooms are outdated and dirty looking, no wifi, no coffee maker, stained towels, no complimentary coffee, but no hot water is unacceptable especially for what I paid. There are other choices near by that are similar in price and I would strongly advise to spend your money somewhere else. I have managed expectations staying at a hotel at the bottom of the food chain but a basic need like this can not and should not be overlooked.

Rooms: accessible, it is clear that the hotel needs a remodel. The chairs are dirty, the carpet is dirty, the bathroom is very old.

My review of this establishment is that thw management are fascist peieces of garbage. They tried to make me pay an extra 60 dollar cleaning fee for my service dog. That is way dirtier then my dog to begin with. this fee clearly violates ADA LAW. they are cheats and will try and nickel and dime you for your entire stay. I am pursuing legal action. They can't treat disabled like this I am in a fixed income. I feel so insulted and offended. Anyone know a good lawyer?
Safety: I am in a wheelchair with a service dog. And I had a big duffle bag on my lap even though the drop off in front of the door to the front office is clearly marked I still didn't see it. And fell on my face and broke my wheelchair. I think they owe my service dog and a I a few free nights. It was painful and humiliating to have others pick me up off the ground when for the money they charge they could have cement poured and have this problem easily fixed. Why they haven't done it already is beyond me.
