I went here to exchange my check three times, twice they wanted to keep a dollar that didnt correspond to them. They charge 2% for the service. The owner is a rude and unpleasant person, I can't reason with him.

I always go in to this liquor store, they are always very well stocked, never out of anything, if it’s not in the cooler, he go in the back and get. Very nice people, friendly,. I’ve never seen the store messy like some people are trying to say, it’s always sweated up, clean and organized. Keep up the job, we like have you in the community.

I reluctantly went to this place several times as its a short walk from my house. Never again will I step foot in there. Every time I went, the guy behind the counter was playing games on his phone. I would ask him a question while looking at wine. He smugly looks up like its an inconvenience and says over there etc.. Terrible customer service skills, arrogant, smug and condescending. He throws change at you with glee and chats with his buddies all the time. Its the same at their other store Village Liquors. Go to Trader Joes, BevMo etc. and be treated with respect. Last time I went in August he was screaming at a customer in front of me who questioned the change he received. Do not patronize them.

Threatening Cashier. If 0/5 stars was a possible rating, I’d go with that rather than 1/5. Very disfunctional and not well kept store. Would never recommend this to anyone. This is the first time I’ve ever taken the time out of my day to write a review, and it’s worth it. Never again.

This place is a neighborhood liquor store. Prices a bit high but still feel loyalty to the neighborhood store. But buyer beware. The usual dude who checks you out is a blatant short - changer - to the point it's almost comical. He acts all scattered brained and distracted as he's divvying out your change for a 20 in a rapid fire way.... and .... wow..... golly gee... he's shorted you a five or a one .... oh wow.... once he realizes you're on to him.... acts all conscientious.... about getting you the correct change. As an attorney, I find the whole dance hilarious. He screwed me once or twice in the beginning. Think he's targeted more women than men. Has probably tried to short - change me 5 or 6 times since I moved to the neighborhood. Probably succeeded once or twice. Why do I go back? Because I'm lazy - after all, it is my neighborhood store, and I sort of enjoy the challenge of whether the guy will try to short- change me/ screw me during the purchase because I enjoy the parade of the bizarre. But if you are pinching pennies to survive, avoid this store. Oh, and I forgot to mention that I've established a rather friendly collegial relationship with this guy through small talk over the years and he still tries to short- change me'. LOL!!!!

Horrible customer service Bought a disposable vape the cashier opened it before handing it to me, with his hands touching the part input my mouth on. He told me to vape it to see if it works. I Reluctantly used tiny shirt to "sanitize". I vaped it and it tasted like burnt cotton. I then requested a return and he refused to give my money back. He said "I can only give your money back if smoke doesn't come out, other wise we lose money". I was saying you opened the product before handing it to me, if could have been used for all I know. He replied that there wasn't anything he can do. So I immediately called my bank and they're going to reverse the charge thank god because that little vape was $24.
