Made an appt and arrived late and they took us in 10 minutes! Very nice staff and they were so gentle with my 86 year old momma. Will be coming here from now on...if needed

I have many things that I could state they did inappropriately, but I will name one that is a big no no in health care. Gloves are to be put on and taken off in front of the patient. These people are walking around the clinic and into the waiting room wearing their gloves. They need a joint commission inspection pronto. I have a list of other issues that I have already called and made a formal complaint.

I never make appointments at Quest but somehow I always get through in less than an hour. The staff is super nice, helpful, and informative. Love how easy it is to get bloodwork done!

I had a very good experience here. I checked in for my 11:40am appointment around 11:32 and was taken back right on time. My technician was very friendly and was even able to easily get my draw with narrowed veins. I will definitely come back to this location in the future.

As other have noted, there is no receptionist. There is just a bedsheet hanging over the window where the receptionist used to sit. They depend on a computer to run everything. If everything goes perfectly, they can handle the blood draws just fine. But if there is any problem, there is nobody who can fix it. The employees hide behind a locked door, and on the rare occasions when they open the door, you cannot get them to help you. They say that it is not their job. If your doc mis-spelled something, nobody can help. If their computer goes down, nobody can help. If a piece of paper is missing, nobody can help. Everything has to go perfectly, or you are out of luck. And when the problem is fixed, and you want to re-schedule for later that day, they can't do it. If something goes wrong, they just tell you to wait in the lobby until the next open slot. When is that? They can't tell you. And there is no receptionist to ask. If you believe that there will never be any problem in your medical care, and if you are willing to trust it all to some off-site computer, then go to Quest. But if you think that you might possibly need the assistance of a real person, go someplace else - like the LabCorp offices that are 100 yards away.

Wow Kim was one of the rudest people I've met since I moved here a few months ago... plus there were just random viles of blood just chillin right next to where my chair was...

This place has a lot of bad reviews but my experience was very pleasant. No reception all digital.Everyone I encountered were Helpful Lots of information And instructions given. Very important to have an Appointment to be seen quickly. These poor technicians are timed as soon as they bring you inside to take your blood a short girl with glasses, red hair was very gentle And got my vein with no problems I’m usually hard person with rolling veins

Amazing we had Kim drawing my daughter’s blood and she did it in one try! We had gone to labcorp where they continuously hurt my daughter. I’m so glad that we chose to come here. I notice the ratings are low but I’m assuming it’s just patients who don’t have an appointment and get upset because there not being seen quick enough ??♀️ overall it was 5 ⭐️s for us.

Signed in for appointment and kiosk offered the option to be texted so you could wait outside the waiting room. I got a text confirmation. 8 minutes after my appointment time I checked in to see when I would be called and was informed the text service was not available at the location!!!??? No notice, no sign. Customers are supposed to know. Horrible receptionist said I was now considered a walk in and had to wait after all appointments. Worse experience

I don't know what happened to this Quest Diagnostic at 477 El Camino. I understand the kiosk thing, the taped up paper shades covering over the window is a bit much. Now you will have a very, very, very disrespectful worker Kim pretend to scroll through her computer, scroll up and down pages and pages then nonchalantly say something is wrong with your paperwork, missing numbers, missing information, so she can give a list of things to do, only to rudely send you back into the waiting room. You know, the waiting room where you can see no Quest employee? It's unfortunate for Kim she doesn't realize people know when she's rolling her eyeballs and her poor body language. It's weird she is happily making a 5 minute appointment into a fiasco. Passive aggressive, rude, attitude unbecoming of a health professional. Go home and be like that.

Nobody to help you here. The window of the front desk is covered with paper so you can't talk to anyone. The check-in machine to the left told me I didn't have an appointment when I had several text messages from Quest confirming an appointment. I don't mind dealing with machines as long as they work.
