Honestly, if the person who grooms the dogs is a professional... I don't know what it's like to be a professional groomer. The dog came out with a bad cut. my God . They still ask if you want to tip!

I don’t like to leave poor reviews, but I feel like I greatly overpaid for the grooming service I received.
Long story short, my dog had some anxiety during the grooming. It made it more difficult for the groomer to work with her. I asked for the $20 furminator add-on to remove excess hair because my dog is shedding her double coat. I also got the package that included nail trimming.
When I picked her up, the groomer said she was only able to file a couple of nails, and when I pet my dog, her fur was still shedding like crazy. Obviously, shedding is a continual process, but with all of the tools available to them (blowers, vacuums, brushes, and 2 hours of time), she should not have been shedding that much immediately after being groomed.
In my opinion, if the groomer was not able to fully perform all of the services, I should not be charged full price ($100!!!). It’s just dishonest. I get that my dog was a bit uncooperative. Call me and tell me that you can’t perform the services, or only charge me for what you completed. I could have gone to a private groomer for half the price.

Always a great experience here, the new tall dude is super helpful also, I forgot his name, but he signed me up for a membership and helped me save about $10, no one else offered ?. Thanks again!

I had a positive experience at Petco! Their exceptional customer service helped us find the perfect kitten, and we were able to welcome a new bundle of joy into our home. Can't wait to start making memories with our sweet new friend!

I have been coming here for 3 years never had a problem until the last few appointments. Their staff has become rude and no one seems to like working there. They certainly are more concerned with productivity then customer care. Asia is rude and is not helpful at all and obviously hates her job. She doesn't know how to smile and makes the customer feel that they are unwelcome. I will be taking my services elsewhere as I don't want unhappy people taking care of my dogs!

These people need to stop being racist and educate themselves. I made an appointment to get a health certificate to travel inside the US, and the lady said they can't do a certificate to travel to Puerto Rico. She needs to go back to middle school and learn that PR is a territory of the USA, we don't need any different documents to go to the island. The fact the she basically hung up on me when I was explaining her that I've done the certificate in a different store in the past got me angry. I'm sorry that she failed on being educated and it's bad for this company have an employee like that, racist and uneducated

Picked up my mom's 12# Terrier mix at 4:00 today afterPetco grooming. Dog was coughing as soon as we left. (light raspy cough) Her face and head look like they didn't do anything.Dog would not eat dinner, laying her head flat and intermittently coughs. 8pm and off to the Vet.Not trusting Petco to groom again!

I don't recommend anyone to come here!!! Today i brought my dog to get a grooming done for the first time and it was a awful experience!!! I showed them the photo of how i wanted my dog to look and it came out very horrible!! They didn't even cut her feet and tail making her look so uneven! They did a awful job cutting her neck as well! They told me it was only going to be for 3 hours but they took 5 hours! They think we got all day or what?? I went their supposedly thinking that they were going to do a very professional job as they say but they clearly did the opposite job very unprofessional!!
