Considering the amount of stares and unfriendliness I would give this store 0 stars but google wouldn’t let me. The staff seemed to neglect the whole customer service part of retail. I wanted to look around longer but the staff made me uncomfortable to continue shopping so hopefully they can learn to treat everyone decently. Cardiff Patagonia store remember you can’t judge a book by the cover and your supposed to ask the customers how they are doing. It isn’t the customers asking you how you are doing. 10/10 would not recommend. Patagonia your cult is cool but not that cool to be arrogant.

This is a very cool store with a gorgeous ocean view. The clothes are very high quality. The customer service is excellent! Shout out to Logan for helping me find just what I wanted.

Mixed feelings about this store. Like the brand and location; but store always feels stuffy and uncomfortable when you walk in, like a museum or something. I'd probably end up buying more if it wasn't lol

This store is located in a historic building. Pop in to learn about the history of Cardiff-by-the-Sea in a series of historic photos and maybe do some shopping. This also happens to be Patagonia's first surf shop. Explore all the hidden nooks to find selections of foods and thought-provoking literature.

If you are going to see how Patagonia clothes might fit you, it might not be worth coming here. I haven’t found much in men’s L or XL which are probably the most common sizes men would want to buy. If you want a surf board or a wetsuit, maybe this is a good place to look, they have lots of those.

I asked for help from a lady there. There were only 2 on Saturday morning, and I never felt so ashamed of who I was. She made me feel below the standard of shopping here. I asked for a particular style shell, and she walked over and said, "we just have these here." Shook the jackets, gave me a look like "quit bothering me," and walked away. I may never go to Patagonia stores again and look at other garment brands before Patagonia. Wish I never went to the store. Now I won't feel the same shopping for this brand. Shame.

Always a pleaser to visit this shop. Ive had dear friends who worked there like Roy Coffman (RIP my Brother) who where exceptional in every way. Masa is another employee who knows all the merchandise and super friendly and professional. This is a super expensive shop...I buy my trunks there or maybe a gift once a year. They are dog friendly w water bowel at the ready to keep the slurping continuing. Semper Fi to my Patagonia peeps!!!

Best store for winter gear and brand is warranty for life!!! Little in the high end price, but you only buy once, if it rips they fix for free, plus you can trade in your used clothes for money or credit for new ones!!! Amazing!!
