This is our first time renting a storage unit, and the process could not have gone any better. Kimberly was excellent at explaining everything, showing us our space, and going through everything in detail.
The whole team were great! Super friendly and fun too!
I highly recommend them!!

I love love this storage facility. No one wants to have to have a storage unit, but if you do…the staff is so friendly and accommodating and the manager Kymberly is an absolute gem. She has helped me tremendously over the years to navigate my elderly mother’s decline and to handle her stuff. Truly above and beyond service.

This is my second time getting a unit here and it’s always been super easy and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Even when I live in San Marcos this is the first place I consider when I need storage. Highly recommend!

Kimberly was fantastic to work with. Helped us find the best storage option for my daughter. She’s a teacher and has to move out of her classroom for the summer. She also gave us tips on buying school supplies at a discount (just because she wanted to be so helpful).
