The selection wasn't that good. I went in because a woman was wearing a pair of NB I loved. They didn't carry it anymore, and the guy made me feel like I was talking about a pair that were ancient, and it was only a few months. C/S is really important to me. There were 2 employees, and they were chatting, and I felt like I was a nuisance. So I left. I'll order online. I found the ones I loved.

I called this store at 5:04 to validate the store hours for the holiday. The gal that picked up said they would close at 5:30 due to the holiday. So my family made the trek to the store and I got there and the doors were locked at 5:10 since we were in the area. Just don't pick up and say you are open or going to be open and we show up and are closed.

Great service. Nothing like it in Palm springs. Came over just to shop at this store. Bought to pair of shoes that were fitted to my needs. All we have in Palm Desert is a NB Outlet and it is just wait on yourself. No trained knowledgeable clerks.

Let me start by saying I do not like shoe shopping. My feet have many issues and I’ve had very bad experiences shoe shopping in the past. Seven years ago I found a pair of discontinued New Balance shoes that worked for me. I bought every pair I could find. It’s been seven years and I’ve worn through my last pair and needed to get new sneakers. I walked in open minded, but also aware that I might leave without a solution. Ryan C. greeted me and created the best shoe shopping experience I’ve ever had. He listened to me and supported me. He found solutions that fit the list of requirements I needed. Now 24 hours later I keep forgetting that I have new shoes because they are that comfortable. I’ll be back to purchase many more pairs of this exact shoe. Thank you SO SO SO very much Ryan for making a great experience instead of my previous negative ones.

great new store. friendly knowledgeable staff. great selection of NB kicks and gear including Made in US. definitely recommend for sneakerheads and anyone looking for quality shoes. NB online purchases can be exchanged here too.
