I want to express my gratitude to Dr. McNulty who provided me with excellent information, he is very personal and you can tell he really cares for his patients. From the moment I met him I knew I was going to be coming back even though I live pretty far away from the clinic. The team is very friendly and professional providing excellent customer service. Dr. Smithback is awesome as well. I have never been in a place where I felt so welcomed especially by Leti. I highly recommend Nature & Science to anyone who is looking to improve their health. Dr. McNulty is extremely knowledgeable in holistic medical care.

I highly recommend this amazing place! I found hope when I found this place.Dr. Smithback is truly a blessing. She is not only knowledgeable , but she is extremely kind, patient and understanding . She is very passionate about her job and it shows through her words and actions. Dr.Smithback recommended specific herbs and vitamins tailored to my symptoms that I have been dealing with for quite a while and they changed my life very quickly. This place has been a great help with the hours they have open for IV's and vit. shots during the pandemic when other naturopath facilities seem to have very limited open hours for such services. I have continued coming here and they can always get me in for what I need and the needle insertion they use is way better than other places, not only that but it hurts the least getting the shots here of anywhere I have gone! Always a big plus. The drs always make everything feel comfortable for you and the chairs are too!

I’ve had 3 visits with Dr. Smithback and if you saw me basically crawling in here on my first visit vs now a couple months later, I look like a different person. She has helped me figure out some bizarre health issues and I’m so grateful.

I have been coming here for 3 years now. There is always great service, and a friendly atmosphere. The doctors are very knowledgeable and happy to work through problems with you.
