Glad to have these guys close by. I go here for any auto related parts I need and they usually have it. They also returned my car battery free of charge because it failed a couple of months before my 3 year warranty expired.

Very helpful employee's, good atmosphere and very helpful in store customer service. I appreciate the help they provided me in getting the right parts to replace the clutch's slave cylinder on my Toyota Pickup. Will be my go to Auto-Store in Encinitas from here on out.

Just did me dirty on an Optima battery. Battery had their part number, registered to that store, battery failed. At first they offered to refund me, then because I didn’t have a 2 year old receipt to match the receipt on file, they refused. I finish my projects without this store, no problem. Enjoy the free battery ya putz.

Very nice shop that took over the old Miyabi location. Had to go in to get screws for my license plate holder as the auto body shop who fixed my car took off my plates and didn't put them back on.They really had great service and ended up going out of their way to find me these screws. A lot of work for two little screws and it was much appreciated.

Ok so here it is. I had a winding noise in my car and took it to a mechanic for a diagnosis. They said it was the pulley tentioner assembly. So I hired a mechanic to put it in and went to Napa Auto Parts in Encinitas to get the part. It was $280.00... I asked (Kevin on the receipt) if I could return it if it turns out not to be the problem. (If it was under a hundred bucks I wouldn't have even asked) But it was almost 300 bucks and if it wasn't the problem then that's a good chunk of cash to waste on something I didn't even need. Well "Kevin" said no. Once it goes on the car it can not be returned. Well I needed it so I bought it anyway. Next day I dropped my car off at mechanic and a couple hours later got a call. Mechanic said it was not the problem. The noise is still there. That was 2weeks ago. Bottom line is that I went to another Napa today to get something else and asked about their return policy and they said that I can totally return it even if it was installed. As long as it's not damaged and I have the receipt. It turns out that "Kevin" gets commission on these sales and obviously got a pretty good chunk on my sale. So much that its going to cost the ENCINITAS BRANCH OF NAPA AUTO PARTS A good customer and maybe more customers if anyone else reads this. Because that was a blatant lie for the personal financial gain of a trusted vendor at the expense of a paying customer. If you need to do business with napa then consider going to another branch because my experience at the other store was incredible and I will always be loyal to anyone that helps people out instead of ripping them off.
Kevin, Your young and it shows. Grow up dude.

I needed 2 O2 sensors. They had one in stock and needed to get the other from the Oceanside store. This was about 11am. They said that Oceanside had one and it would be there by 2 pm, or 10am next day at the latest IF Oceanside did not in fact have it and they needed to get it from the warehouse.. They requested I pay at the time I was there so I did. I call them the next morning and ask if the part had come in yet, turns out it's not showing up until MAYBE Tuesday. I ask Kevin (sales person) what the chances of a Tuesday delivery are, he snaps back with "I can't predict everything that's going to happen in the word." Super shady practices, Kevin seemed extremally annoyed I was inquiring where my part I had already paid for was. O'Reilly's it is from now on. The ironic part was that I went there first where the part was cheaper, but I needed it next day, and Theirs wouldn't get there til Sunday, where Napa will not get theirs for 2 days after. Incredibly slimy and very rude.
