I used to like this place and thought it was higher end than a lot of other nail salons I've been to in the past. I have changed my mind. The prices are ridiculous. Unbelievably ridiculous. I mean, to the point that massages and all the normal, typical things that should be standardly included, are extra price. Not just 5 bucks more, we're talking at least $10 each. I truly believe that's a rip off, it's not fair to overcharge like that. But to each their own.

Nails Done is amazing. They are so friendly when checking in and offering coffee/tea/water. I’ve had 2 gel overlay manicures by Natalie and she is the best!! Her work is absolutely meticulous and beautiful. Highly recommend to anyone!!

Wonderful European quality and service! I have tried several nail techs at the salon and they are all superb. Love how luxuriously homey Nails Done feels, how happy they are to see you and also the top notch service. They make the best coffee too!

If you want consistently perfect nails this is the place to go. Yes you are paying a premium but I think it’s 100% worth it. I had been really disappointed with other nail salons and their inconsistency, and overall chaos, so that’s when I decided to try this place. I’d rather pay a little more and know that I will absolutely be happy with the outcome. It honestly doesn’t matter who you book with- all the nail artists are extremely talented!!

Beautiful salon! Got a manicure from Jane. My nails look beautiful and I really like the dry manicure as opposed to soaking your fingers in water for 10/15 minutes. I will definitely be back! ?

Only surprise was nail tech told me she is not doing nail polish, and if I want she can make another appointment with somebody else and I had to wait another hour just for nail polish. Mind you my manicure cost 55 dollars plus tax. Of course I didn’t wait. I wish they would be more accommodating.

I had a really positive experience at this salon. I like that you can book online versus needing to call, although that is still an option! Lina did my nails and it was very peaceful! She helped me solidify an idea for my nails, and helped my ideas come to life! The team offered me beverages while waiting for my appointment time. I would highly suggest it if you are looking for some pampering!

Best French in San Diego! The nail tech took her time and did not rush the process. She really went all out on my nails and the cuticle care before she added the extensions is phenomenal! These are the best nails I've gotten living in San Diego. Worth the price and time in my opinion

I've tried 15+ salons across SD North County area and this place is the best of the best! It's more $ than most nail salons and a bit more time consuming but worth every penny IMO. The attention to detail is incredible and my gel manicures last 3+ weeks. Yulia did my nails today and I couldn't be happier! She took her time and suggested the perfect color based off of pictures I showed her. Anna and Natalie are also amazing! You really cant go wrong with any of their manicurists. You can book online too which is great. Highly recommend Nails Done if you are looking for A+++ manicure/pedicure.

I have to update my original 5 star review to 1 star because unfortunately my nail got infected after getting a pedicure here. It is sad for me to share this review because I think all the people working here are fabulous, but I feel I have to be honest about this in order to help others seeking these types of services.

First time getting a manicure here and I absolutely love it so far! Victoria has such great attention to detail. She spent so much time making sure my nails were perfect and had to redo one nail because it wasn't perfect. I didn't have to ask she just took the time to fix it! Usually at other salons, I have to ask them to fix it but she just took initiative. It's definitely a more expensive manicure than other places but it looks great. I hope it lasts a long time but it's a great salon overall! $85 for gel overlay + removing my gel polish before($10 extra) So I paid $95 before tip!

My go to! I am a retired manicurist (very picky) and Mila and the girls are exceptional. Cleanliness is amazing and their work surpasses pretty much most places I’ve tried. I’m hard to please since this was my line of work for 38 years. They do a great job of cleaning the mail plate gently and cuticle care is great. The polishing job meets my high standards, even coats, capped edges, all the way to the edges of the nails.
