The staff here are extremely rude! As a buyer or seller, it feels like a complete waste of time. I wouldn't recommend dealing with them; they don't make the process easy or welcoming.

The dressing room on the far left side has a camera pointed right into it through the mirror... I fortunately noticed before undressing and tried things on over my clothes, but this is very concerning. I totally understand the use of cameras to prevent theft, but pointing one into the dressing room is crazy. Beware if you shop here. If you can see the camera, it can see you.
Update: In response to the owner's reply: Nice try. This review and photos will remain until your dressing room camera is gone. Have a nice day.

Let me start by saying the salespeople/staff are incredibly rude. As a consigner, they treat you as if they’re doing you a favor. I was instantly scolded for bringing items in a trash bag. I get it, it’s not the nicest way to present clothes but I planned to go straight from there to a charity shop and I’m honestly not sure what difference it makes anyway. But I digress. I have a hunch the items they took were for employees. They cherry pick, offer a small amount and buy for themselves. If you have any time, you’re much better off selling items yourself. I don’t get the overall attitude of the staff. Respectfully you’re selling used clothing. Dial it down a notch.

This store used to be excellent when it was in La Jolla, now it's badly managed. The sales girl was nice... The shoes aren't arranged by size as before so it's a big waste of time trying to find anything. Arranging by color makes sense for clothing, not shoes.

There was a large sale. I only found 1 item that I bought. Most items were smaller sizes. I wear Medium or large , sizes 8 or 10.My other friends wear smaller sizes and they found a few items.

Had a wonderful experience here as a shopper. Serena is such an amazing salesperson who went out of her way to help me see bags, scarves and more- got over 30 pieces. I'll be back!

I was moving and brought many bags full of hardly worn high end clothes- Paige, Mother, Lululemon, Tory Burch, Mother etc. Most hardly worn and others with tags. I think I got about $10 credit. Was totally scammed. Never shopping there again.

Horrible service. I consigned 9 men’s suits in excellent condition. I called back a little over 2 weeks after consigning them to request to pick them up as I needed them for work. They could not find them, then they said that 7 of them were donated along with 9 of my ties. I tried to talk to the owner (Anne) who is rude and actually blamed me. I went back to the store to pick up my wife’s items as we don’t trust them. She licked me out of the store and threatened to call the police. Terrible customer service. Not once was there an apology about the mishap, but just blaming me and I should have read the terms and conditions. NEVER SHOP THERE!!!!

Please give me a call as I will be potentially taking this OWNERSHIP to court regarding their business practices. I'll review a potential CLASS ACTION if this qualifies. In reviewing many of the posts, there seems to be a trend at this location. There are many posting on here of dropping off their items and then they are DONATED within days because the contract does stipulate this ability if the items are not to their expectations. First and foremost, they decline things that are not to their expectations at the time of Drop off, so you're unable to leave things not in near perfect condition. Secondly, if there is a challenge, I would think the customer service thing to do is notify the person that dropped off the items. I'm grateful I took so many pictures of my shoes that were NEW and in the box prior to drop off. They accepted my items on 9/4 and made mention of the three pair of shoes I dropped off and the fact they were all brand new. On 9/7, they donated my $189 pair of brand new Vince Camuto heels because "they did not meeting their expectations". BEWARE of this store as someone in this store isn't handling merchandise matters honestly and you are at risk if you think you'll drop off your designer items and see them again. See the pair of shoes below. ONLY walked around my home in these shoes to see if my feet could handle them, and I couldn't due to height. With that said, you can visibly see the heels are PERFECT with No blemishes on the heels, sides of the shoes or the bottom. I can be reached at
[email protected] should you want to have your situation reviewed and I'll be gathering names and numbers. This isn't about the money they took by "donating my brand new item" without permission.... This is a matter of principle and someone needs to step in and stop this store from continuing their unethical business practices.

Just like any other thrift stores , Abercrombie & Fitch, Forever21 and Walmart brands. Walmart is fading out their Faded Glory Brand, I guess My sisters closet is where you'll find Faded Glory! Not that there's anything wrong with those brands, but was expecting luxury and designer brands. Not worth the drive.

wicked people who will steal your sale items and “donate” them without getting into contact with you. they will do their best to not pay you for the clothes you give. do not trust or support these people. everyone please do your best to close this establishment. they hang up on & threaten the people they scam.

Crooks! Do not leave any items there without them being priced first and then set a selling price. I brought in a Chanel bag and wallet as well as some high end jewelry. I was told that the girl who prices jewelry and high end items like the Chanel bag wasn't there and I needed to leave it there and wait for her to come in to work. I didn't hear anything back so few days later I went in to see what the estimate selling price they would offer me. To my shock they had sold EVERYTHING! That Chanel bag was offered on Ebay for $350.00. They gave me $5.00. YES $5.00. The jewelry I got pennies on the dollar. They wouldn't even tell me what they sold it for. What a rip-off! Lesson- Do not leave any items there until you know what the selling price is and what you get from it. Their policies are rather vague. The rudeness of the 2 associates I talked to was over the top!!!
