Very unfriendly, unprofessional staff. This is a VERY pricey consignment store with terrible sales and business practices. I believe all the negative reviews.

I put a crossbody bag on consignment. Been 20 days so I decided to take my bag back. When I went into the store the three woman were so rude when I asked about the bag. They told me it hasn't sold yet and if I wanted it back to find it on the floor. I searched and searched and it was no place. When I approached them again to say the bag is no place on their floor they said it could be in someone's cart. First, they don't have alarms on any expensive items anyone could have put this crossbody bag into their bag or under their clothes and walk right out of the store. My bag is gone. They had no answers for me. Don't bring anything expensive to them. I am reporting them.

Took some of my nice clothes in there to consign and they rejected them. One of which was a nice jacket from Anne Taylor and a few tops from Anthropologie. There are a plethora of clothes that look very worn which are being sold. Not a place to consign.

The worst experience, they are taking advantage of the customers. They give you whatever they feel like for the items. I took in 2 items brand new with tags on. Their value was approximately $380. They gave me $43. They were not able to show me what the items were sold for. I talked to 4 employees and they were not able to provide a clear explanation of how they got to that amount. They just said that one of the items that had the price tag $280.00 sold for under 60. Again, the item was brand new with tags on. They had nothing in the system showing “the item was put on the floor at this price”. They are scamming people, I am sure the items sold for more than what they stated and they keep more than what they tell the customer. They are dishonest and disappointing.

Check out the in house fighting & accusations of fraud going on with this Company! This store has okay items. But the staff are rude beyond words. She had classier people on the other side of the Boulevard. This current lot should be working at walmart. You can hear them bitching about customers all the time & not even doing it in a whisper. I gave them some things to sell in the other store. NWT`s high end Designer dresses in the $300 bracket they sold & gave me $17! They had no idea what I had!! I thought consignment stores used ebay as a reference. Karma comes to those who are rude & ignorant. Reading about what`s going on with this family & the people they employ is in a word: hilarious.

I recently visited this consignment store with my sister in search of a gift for her. She found a dress and we proceeded to the cashier for payment. As I was handing over the cash, I noticed damage on the corner of the dress right at the register. My sister decided she didn't want the damaged dress, so I kindly informed the cashier that we had changed our minds.To my disbelief, the cashier insisted that all sales were final and refused to refund my money, even though I was still at the cash register! Things escalated quickly as the cashier called a security guard who seemed to be under the influence of marijuana. Instead of resolving the issue, he aggressively asked us to leave the store and attempted to push us out.Left with no choice, I called 911 for assistance because we felt very unsafe. Thankfully, the police arrived and helped us get our money back, but not a single apology was offered by the store staff. The entire experience was tainted by the unprofessional behavior of the teenagers and the security guard on duty, who also appeared to be high on marijuana run away before the cops came.I strongly advise against shopping at this consignment store, as you may encounter damaged items and disrespectful staff who are more interested in causing trouble than providing a positive experience.

I had dropped off an Ann Taylor suit here that I had worn just once for an interview, and specified that I'd like it back if it didn't sell. I was told to check back in thirty days. Thirty days later I stopped by, and was told that the staff was backed up with their pricing activities, and to check back in a few weeks. So, I called back a few weeks later, and was told that the suit got donated!! There was no communication, no call, no following of my instructions to return the suit to me. I asked for store credit, but was told the only thing they could provide was a donation receipt. I told them I will never consign with their store again!

The store is a great name . Has many brand names in great condition. A variety of seasonal clothing , shoes and accessories;but way over priced .
