Lawrance furniture has provided me excellent customer service. We offered a recliner and it came in 3 weeks but was the wrong color. Lawrance let us keep the wrong color chair while a rush order was put on the right one. Meanwhile I ordered a second chair from Lawrance due to their quality and customer service. They are allowing us to also keep the "wrong color chair" while we wait for the next one to arrive. Sharon and the store manager at Encinitas Lawrance have provided us excellent customer service.

We just decided to treat ourselves to a beautiful leather recliner chair at Lawerence Encinitas store. Upon delivery date, the wrong chair came in error, HOWEVER, this company did everything to make it right! That day!! Shout out to the delivery gentleman, Thomas & Tylee. Also Rocky in the warehouse... they all were so friendly & professional! And truly rectified this honest mistake as soon as humanly possible. It was impressive! Our sales lady, Natalie was terrific too! Thank you to you all... Kevin is very happy watching football in his new recliner!! - Jan & Kevin Shibuya

I bought a Stressless automatic recliner from Lawrence back in June. It worked fine, until it seemed to go out of alignment and jam. I contacted Lawrence Furniture in Encinitas, and was given Russell's name and # to call for a repair. I left a message, and heard back within 24 hours. Russell came to my home, and fixed the chair. He was friendly to my dog, and she was friendly with him. Dogs "know" a good person. Russell is a good person. Thank you.

Want to give a special thank you to Sharon Marmor for her support and professionalism guiding us through the process of refurnishing our living room. She was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. I also want to give a shoutout to George and Tyree who delivered our furniture. They took the utmost care during the delivery process, had no problem moving things around until they were perfectly placed and they were super fun although George could take some singing lessons. Lol! Thanks again to the Lawrence Team for a great experience!!

We ordered a sofa from the Encinitas store and unfortunately the cushions did not meet the standards that Lawrance expected. The sofa was delivered but after 3 staff looked at it they went to bat to get us and a brand new sofa was obtained. We did not have to ask twice or bother them to stay on it until they convinced the manufacturer that it was not the quality they were used to. It did take awhile but again, we did not have to do a thing and we had the original sofa while waiting. The staff stayed on it and a new, perfect sofa was delivered to us. Many thanks to Sharon, Russell and Fred for their outstanding service.

Went here for an XChair. Ready to buy. But had never sat in one. We were also looking for a new sleeper couch for our guest room. They have neat and unique stuff. Was fantastic talking with the sales rep until we tried to get a few very basic asks. Options, demo if available, and pricing. For some reason reluctant to give me either and kept telling me I can look it all up on line and then they will match it. Sorry. But what the heck. What value does this person and purchasing from the store add again? Here's why 4 instead of one. She understood that the customer experience was sub par and told me "I want you to get the customer experience you want. So you should go somewhere else." and also gave me some tips on how to make sure I get the unknown price. We went somewhere else (Relax the Back) and did indeed got the customer experience and help we needed in all 3 areas. Made the purchase. They didn't have sleeper sofas. But at least we saved a trip in "going somewhere else" when we are ready to make that purchase. Kudos for being honest.

We purchased two custom sleeper sofas at Lawrance made by American Leather. They were perfect for our limited-space condo where we needed both adequate daytime seating as well as the capability to accommodate overnight guests. Christie worked extensively to get just the right sizes to fit into our tight spaces and select the most attractive but functional upholstery materials to meet our needs. We understood that a several months wait for construction was typical due to high demand, but we were delighted when our 2 pieces arrived 3 months ahead of schedule! I also cannot say enough about the fabulous delivery crew. Getting these large and heavy pieces into a small condo would be challenging even for the most experienced delivery people. They worked diligently to overcome several entrance way obstacles while taking great care to protect the pieces from transport damage. We are very happy with the outcome and look forward to enjoying our new furniture.We purchased our first American Leather sleeper sofa from Lawrence about 18 years ago and have been extremely happy with it. Not only has it stood up well, but the comfort provided by the bed is unparalleled. I have slept on many sofa beds over the years, and typically they are pretty uncomfortable even for a night or two and it only gets worse as the mattress and springs age. These American Leather sofa beds with their unique construction provide a sleeping experience approaching that of a high-quality standard mattress. Compared to standard sleeper sofas, the cost is higher, but your guests will thank you greatly.

Love our new sofa! Esther helped us pick out a beautiful and very comfortable custom made sofa. She has a wonderful, professional, no pressure manner. The delivery guys, George and Tyree, were very professional. They showed up promptly as scheduled, and showed great care in getting a large sofa in the house, and placing exactly as I wanted.

We are very happy with our furniture purchase from Lawrance Furniture as well as the service we got from Christie. She assisted us in choosing the perfect chairs, coffee table and side table. The furniture looks great. She also came over to our home to give us other decorating suggestions. Although it took 7 months to get our furniture from the date we ordered due to supply chain issues, etc., we appreciate that Christie was upfront from the beginning and her original estimate was close to when we actually got our furniture. An excellent overall experience.

I had a broken, Stressless brand ottoman that I took in to see if it was possible to repair. The folks at the store were very friendly and helpful and asked me to leave it and they would be in touch once it was assessed. About a week later, Tom contacted me to let me know I could come pick it up and that there was no charge for the repair. What a pleasant surprise! (I'm assuming it might have been under warranty?) Regardless, it was a wonderful experience with this company and the people working there. Their showroom was quite amazing as well. I highly recommend.

Lawrence had exactly what I was looking for - a Queen size sofa bed that was comfortable. Not only is the sofa bed great, but the delivery team was spot on. Rocky runs the delivery service and is easy to get ahold of and is accommodating to my needs. I had to push off the delivery a week, and Rocky took care of it. When you buy something at Lawrence, make sure you get Rocky's direct phone number for delivery needs.

We worked with Jason Sahm at Lawrance and couldn't be happier! We went in looking for an office furniture solution and ended up furnishing our entire new home. Jason is a great designer! Not only was he professional, but he was fun and easy to work with, made great suggestions, responded to emails and text after hours and on weekends, answered questions, and kept us informed along the way with estimated delivery updates as things came in. He made what could have been an overwhelming project easy and enjoyable. The service team -- Rocky, Russell, George, Thomas and Fred -- was professional, courteous and friendly, scheduling us at a convenient time, notifying us when they were on their way, arriving on time, and setting everything up, treating our furniture and our home as if it were their own. We are absolutely delighted with everything and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks Jason and Lawrance.

What a difference it makes when you finally find a quality furniture store. We have been in the area for several years and have visited quite a number of furniture stores. Frankly, most of what we found was not up to any quality standards. Then we found Lawrance Furniture on Yelp and decided to give it a try. A quick drive over to Encinitas was rewarded with a great selection of quality furniture. We found exactly what we were looking for and there were no shenanigans. Good price, friendly service. Our purchase was delivered on time and with care. I highly recommend a visit to them.

I almost forgot what it's like to shop in a beautiful independent store with elegant merchandise and receive competent, considerate, and responsible service from every employee! Lexi is a wonderful interior designer on-site and found me exactly the kind of piece I wanted. When there was a small problem, customer service and delivery handled it with courtesy and efficiency. Everyone seemed to work for the company itself, not outsourced service. What a difference. They make sure you get what you pay for so I saved up and got it. Support our local family businesses!
