They told me it would be a 30 minute wait. An hour later I’m still waiting. I’ll never come here again.

Their system was completely down so there was a pretty long wait for everyone. I actually had an appointment at the Saxony Rd location but they wouldn’t take me there so I came here. The employees at this location were very kind, especially my phlebotomist who was an absolute angel! I was very nervous because I have a fear of needles and had never had blood drawn before. He made me feel very comfortable and it was a super smooth draw. I will definitely come back here if I need labs done in the future.

I had an appt. I didn't wait at all. Sarah drew my blood. She was a doll. The lady at the front was very nice and kind. Both extremely kind and professional.

I went in to get my Lab on 5/1/24. I had made the appointment a week ago. When I got there it was packed with people some who had appointments some were walk ins. The office girl was super patient and friendly with everyone, even tho we were frustrated by the wait. It was 11:20 by the time she could check me in,( my appt. was 11:15.) I told her that I had another appt. and could not be here longer than 30 minutes more. I was really glad I was not a walk in! She called me within 5 minutes after check in. All of the Lab technicians were very friendly and professional too. I would highly recommend making an Appointment first, if possible. This happens to be a very busy Lab, so try to be patient with the staff.

I went to Labcorp on a Thursday to get a blood draw done. In the thirty minutes I was there only three people were seen. The system was down which I understand was going to slow things down. I had an appointment elsewhere and as there were still several people ahead of me, ended up leaving. I made an online appointment for the next day as it seemed individuals with an appointment were made priority.
I came 10 minutes before my 1:30 PM appointment. There were a lot less people in the waiting room and the system was working so I had high hopes I would be seen quickly. I had a baby with me so I spent time outside to help keep him calm. When I’ve been before, they are good about going to the front to call patients if they aren’t in the waiting room so I wasn’t worried about being missed. After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time, I went back in and heard a man telling the front that his appointment was 30 minutes ago. There were a handful of people in the waiting room who had arrived after me. All of them ended up going before me. After waiting an hour past my appointment time, I finally went to the front to see if I had somehow fallen through the cracks. The front desk acted like everything was in order and at that point printed off my order form I’d emailed them the day before and added my form to the queue. I finally got called to the back at 2:50 PM for my 1:30 PM appointment.
The only reason I gave the location 3 stars is because the woman at the front desk remained calm and pleasant even with people being less than kind to her and the phlebotomist was professional and efficient.
Whatever system they have for queuing their patients seems flawed. I will either try another Labcorp location in the future or see if my physician can write an order for another lab.

Absolute trash experience! This lab is WAY TOO SMALL to support even 20 people getting bloodwork. What a joke. Don’t come here if you don’t have 2-3 hours to waste getting a 5-min draw. 0 stars.

The waiting time is so long. For fasting blood test, it’s a torture.

Poorly run, short staffed , was like walking into a third world country ! Packed room with people sitting on floor and outside on curb . One person at desk and obviously not enough techs in the back I couldn't get appt online for weeks so did walk in, she said it would be over an hr wait but I was sitting at 1 1/2 hr than walked out I'm a visiting RN and wouldn't recommend this place to my patients Answer : for this large Corp , less profit better staffing and treat the patients that pay you better !

I'm not quite sure what all the bad reviews are about. I was able to walk in and out in less than 30 minutes. I think it took me more time to check in on the machine. Then it did to get my blood work done. Great place! Friendly and helpful employees!

They said it was a 45 minute wait and it turned out to be an hour and 45 minutes.Over an hour longer.I wish they would have just been honest so I could have made an appointment at a later date.

Terrible experience at this location time and time. Don't prioritize a STAT without having to let them know urgency over and over and over again. Happens every time. Ask them to email results to me, the patient so can see same day and know medication dose to help sustain a pregnancy and time after time they don't. Drs closed on Sat and called 1-800 number and they said just ask to have them email directly to you and they will. They never do. I even watched the phlebotomist type email asking to send results to me. STAT results are supposed to be sent in 4 hours, it's been 6 hrs. The 1-800 also told me they were open 24-7 and could call to get results...nope, not open on nights or weekends. Time after time employees drop the ball. I only go here because my Dr uses Labcorp and pays for Tue labs, however I will now be going to Quest every time and just pay cash myself as they are far surprise. Terrible reviews all over the web for Labcorp, but nothing ever changes.

Mismanaged. Crowded. Rude. It will take weeks and hours of going in to get a blood draw. Worst location ever.
