The office is clean and well managed. Staff are courteous and professional.
HOWEVER, when i had a billing issue and tried to call LabCorp, I was subjected to endless attempts to market a med alert product and was never able to get to someone to resolve my issue. It was really frustrating and frankly quite insulting.

Everything was smooth sailing! I was in and out in 30 minutes from parking lot to parking lot. Hope I don't need blood drawn ever again, but if I do I will come back to this location.

I don’t understand bad comments here. Maybe some employees changed idk. Everything was super smooth and fast. I paid my panel and went to laboratory next morning. 2 lady working there was so nice and kind. I gave my blood in 5 min. My test result came next morning! I’ll be using here all the time. Thank you for your service.

Horrible, drove from La Jolla, CA and saw a note saying “Permanneny closed”. Not sure why they wouldn’t honor appointments, call ahead and re-route me elsewhere

Online they show they open at 8:00am. Their sign out front of the door says they open at 8:00am. It is 8:45am now and a nurse is here without a key and the line is fully down the hall. Don't waste your time at this location if you have to go here try another one.

Best Labcorp I've ever been to. My sister and I went together to get our blood drawn and we never even felt a pinch. Juliette was AMAZING. Couldn't recommend her enough!

Don't pick up the phone, no appointments in the next 2-3 wks, pre employment drug screens only M-F 1pm to 3pm.. wth

I had a great experience with labcorp a couple weeks ago. I scheduled my blood test online and did the online check in from the parking lot. It was the best decision because the waiting room is very small and it was full.It took only 5 minutes until I was called to start my exam. The lady who took the samples was super nice and made me feel comfortable as I fear needles.

I have been waiting for 8 days for my lab results, my clinic says that "they did not submit them", (meaning they did not process them) I have called 10 times nobody answers. left 2 voicemails no callback, send a message to the "headquarters" no reply, how can they take so long for routine tests to be delivered, AND nobody answers the phone!! This is the worst customer/patient service I have ever encountered.

Best Labcorp in my opinion. Even though it is small and the wait time can be long, the staff is AMAZING :) I'll take long wait times any day for the great staff that is here. They always do their best and are caring and considerate. Highly recommend and am so thankful for their hard work!

Got in pretty quickly without an appt booked in advance.. Waited about 20 min at 930am on a Wednesday. Not bad.Demetrius helped me with my blood draw and he was quick and efficient.
