Keith misdiagnosed my last to repairs I brought to him He charged me quite a bit and produced nothing. He seems to be very disagreeable and sticks to his story. No sense in taking your car to have a condescending cranky know it all take your money.

Tried to present a electric complex issue to the bald man with a mustache in the office. We spoke for about 2 mins and every single word he said to me was some type of condescending. Not sure if he didn't like me or if he's only nice to other older white men or if he didn't want to work on a Toyota (the garage is full of old Ford trucks) or if it was just a bad morning for him but the vibe was absolutely foul.

These guys are awesome! I was traveling from out of state and heard some clunking from my engine. Turns out it was an easy fix and they had me out of there in 1.5 hours.Seem super honest and fair-priced.

Eric is amazing!!! Cranky Keith? He's always been cranky. Get to know him and you'll probably agree. But they handle their customers and situations accordingly. They did me a solid years ago and I still owe them for that.... Not money, but recognition. You can go to Charlie's on 2nd (if they still exist), or you can get down true feeling and reality with Eric, who will spell it straight and do the best he can to properly fix your issue at an affordable rate.

Over the years I've had Keith fix a couple of electrical issues on several cars. Stopped in to ask a question. Unfortunately he's turned into the cranky old man, that didn't know when to pull out and retire. Turn it over to your son while you still can. And for god sake's brush up on your people skills.
