I was having trouble with my iPhone charging port. I contacted Grant, took in my and my husband's phone for him to look at. He inspected both phones at no charge. I also purchased two charging cables from him, the price was very reasonable. Super trustworthy guy; I will definitely use him again!!!

Communication is terrible, I pre oozed an appointment days before and no confirmation. On the actual day, the technician was late and I had to phone and wait a further 30 minutes for him to arrive. He replaced the battery in my I phone and then to,r me after the repair it was a non genuine part and I would have to put up with an error message and not see my battery health. All for the same price as a genuine apple service replacement. I asked hi to remove the “ new” battery and issue a refund.Buyer beware.

Even though the technician was not able to repair our phone (which had just had a full ONE HOUR immersion in swimming pool water), we were VERY impressed with this company. Competent and professional, we found the customer service here to be exemplary. Will definitely use again for cell phone repair issues, if the need arises. Here is a good-to-know tip from the technician today.....if your cell phone falls into water (toilet, sink, swimming pool, jacuzzi, etc....), the first thing to do when you pull the phone out of the water is to immediately turn the phone OFF! The RUN...do not walk....to the closest mobile phone repair facility. Even a tiny amount of water can easily cause interior corrosion and render the phone inoperable forever, so minimize the damage ASAP.

I've been to many phone repair places, but this is hands down the best and I'll never go anywhere else now. Taylor is typically who I work with and I highly recommend him. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, and honest about what you do and don't need. The prices here are excellent, the staff is quick and efficient, and I've repaired not only my iphone and ipad but my laptops as well. I definitely would recommend this place if you are looking for professional work and want to save time and money!

Slam dunk. 5 stars. I was referred to him so I took a risk driving out of my neighborhood to go to get our son's phone fixed. Figured we would take some time and hang out in Encinitas while it was getting fixed. We figured it would take some time. We had just enough time to eat and he was done! So responsive and quick. Customer service was perfect. I will drive out of my neighborhood anyway to go hang out in Encinitas and get our phone fixed. *crossing fingers we won't have to again*. From wherever you are... it's worth the drive.
