I once had the unfortunate experience of visiting a FedEx Office store that could only be described as a nightmare. The place was sketchy, dirty, and downright dangerous. From the moment I walked in, I got a sense of unease that didn't subside during my entire visit.The manager, or should I say, the self-proclaimed ruler of this chaotic establishment, was nothing short of a nightmare. Their attitude was beyond hostile, and it seemed like they took pleasure in charging exorbitant fees for even the most basic services. I felt like I was being held hostage by their pricing schemes.What's even worse, as I attempted to question the outrageous charges, the manager resorted to threats and intimidation tactics. It was an experience that left me shaken and fearful for my safety.In all seriousness, I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this particular FedEx Office store. It's a place where professionalism goes to die, and your wallet is likely to suffer grave consequences. Your shipping needs are better served elsewhere, where you won't have to endure the ordeal of this nightmarish establishment.

Kristopher the assistant manager was terrific! He helped me with a last minute printing job! I'm talking during the 5 PM rush-hour. This man made sure my job got done because I had to get on a flight in the morning to go to my grandmother's funeral and he made sure that the pamphlets were printed. Pro tip don't ever wait to the last minute to get a big printing job done because not every place will have a Kristopher.

Decent place to come and get copies or custom printing done. Staff is usually helpful. Plenty of spots to sit and work. FREE INTERNET NOT available, but they do have tables or desk to get work done. The "Print & Go" option is really cool self service kiosk. Upload your image or doc to an email and then enter the code though your email and print at the self service machine at a decent price. Paper cutting and some office supplies are available to use at no cost. AC is good on a hot day as well.

Horrible terrible Service! Where is Management!? I walked into this store on 9/7/23 in need of a copy from a pdf document. I inquired how I could proceed; I approached the counter because no one would acknowledge I asked for help, Mary replies by telling me I could email to her Fed-Ex account where she would proceed to charge me a $4.00 service charge for one piece of paper and then another $2.00 for the print! I said that was ridiculous! And as I walked away out the door I realized I could print it myself through a computer; so I walked back and asked to be directed to their computers, Some other employee directs me back to the printers and explained I could just use the monitores on the printing machines to print the pdf!! The cost was 0.74cents!!! Mary should be FIRED for Not not doing her job, Failure to direct me to a copy machine where I self serve and print my pdf myself! No Instead she lies to a customer; and let me walk out the store! If not for my common sense, I would have paid the $6.00 for a piece of copy paper! As I was walking out I over heard her giving the same "can't help you spiel' to a pair of ladies who were having difficulty communicating in the English language with her, Mary should be Fired!

Went in to ship something out of state. I asked for cheapest service available, they told me $54 for 5 day. Seemed pricey so I left and went down the street to the UPS Store. Again asked for cheapest and it was $21 for 3 day.FYI

When I went to ship a heavy, sentimentally valuable package that needed to be packed also, Mastisha went above and beyond in her help and graciousness. I was very pleased with the service.

On occasion there is a friendly and willing to help and it critically think when I’ve come in with a challenging project. I will start taking note of who they are because they deserve some recognition! I have been in 2 to 3 times where are my experience was quite shocking, considering the projects I brought in would be right up their alley and certainly what they advertise. It wasn’t rocket science after all LOLI don’t know about everyone else but the customer service these days seems to be heading towards the movie Idiocracy!
