Tremendous! They went above and beyond the specifications of the order and delivered one of the most beautiful bouquets of flowers I have ever seen. It delighted the birthday recipient and the family and friends and all who saw it. I can’t thank them enough for the quality and attention to detail and their generosity. I know that what they invested in that bouquet was far away and above, the financial parameters that I gave them. A+ number one caliber service. Thank you again!

Andres was amazing!!! He helped me out in a pinch for my mom’s birthday, and managed to squeeze in a lovely bouquet, card, and delivery an hour before closing. What an exceptional employee. I’m so grateful!

Flowers arrived in the time window that I requested, and the recipient sent me a photo to show me how beautiful the bouquet is. She was thrilled. Highly recommend this florist.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful! They also took care to change the water when I picked the flowers up. They packed them so they wouldn't fall over in the car.

These people put quality first. Things will always go wrong, but the true test of a business is how those situations are handled. The Owner and Staff helped me with a situation in the most professional and compassionate manner - I was in the middle of a design install - and they saved the day! Absolutely would recommend The Flower Shop!

I ordered online in the afternoon, and they delivered the next day at 10am, exactly what is wanted. I made a spelling mistake on the card, and they called me to check on correcting it. My wife thought the flowers were the must beautiful that she had ever gotten, so I was very happy with their entire service.

Encintias flower has been the go flower shop, since I moved here in Aug 2021. Katie & Andres have always been so helpful with whatever event or occasion that is happening where flowers are needed!
