Unfortunately, this car wash broke my windshield today. I nice long crack running right down the front. They told me they have only cloth touching the windshield and it wouldn’t have done that. Wasn’t expecting have to pay $800 after getting my car washed here.

Great service! There are 3 lanes to pull up to which allows for the cleaners to come serve you right away.
There’s a nice seating area to read or chat with others while waiting for your car to be cleaned and for a hand wiped experience, it was very fast.

I take my car here all the time. I get the silver wash. They always do a great job. Never had a full detail here, but I've never found a spot that does great detailing. I always do the detailing on my own car because I'm so picky about it. Best spot I've found for basic car washes. Kinda shocked on the low ratings.

For the past 2 years i was really hoping that their service would improve, mostly because they are very close to our home, but after today i will never go back.
Today, I decided to get their platinum package for the second time because every time i ask them to wipe the back of the front chairs or the doors, they say they only do that if i get the platinum. For the last 2 times, i got the platinum and there was absolutely no difference between their most expensive package and their $20 package. When i talked to the ONLY guy who speaks english, he said I have to get $300 detailing pack just because i want them to wipe the freaking dust off of my chairs.

Rolled up today to get my daughter's car detailed. I see the mini detail special for $199.00. Tell the guy I want the Mini Detail, he proceeds to right the ticket up for $299.00. I ask him about the special. He says oh you want the special? Yes. Then he writes the ticket up for $284.00 because my Ford Escape is considered a large SUV. Mind you, it's two rows and my truck is no larger than a medium sized sedan. Moreover, my trunk doesn't have carpet. Went down the street and got the what I wanted for $175.00.

Terrible job. I paid $50 and everything was still dirty. I could go to a car wash and wash it much better myself.

Basic car wash is fine, but nothing special. The extra charges for what are really small cars are beyond frustrating. There is no extra work involved for a small SUV like car.So, until they stop charging extra, I will not tip any longer.

Gold wash was no different than driving my car through a gas station wash. I had dirt from gloves on the dash, surprised the wind didn't blow it off. After getting the gold package, it was still there until I took a towel from them myself and wiped the dash. Wont' be back!

Today I went in ready for some spectacular service. I was told that for $200 I was getting four mini express detailing services and a wax. This was supposed to last about 2 hours. About 40 minutes later I heard my name called and I got back a shiny car with damp rugs thrown into the trunk. Inside the car were quite a few details left unaddressed. It wasn’t awful, but it certainly wasn’t $200 worth of work. I am not quite sure what happened there but I know I don’t feel good about it.
