You choose a wash from the menu and the people doing the work at the exit have no idea what you bought because they don't look at the wash receipt on the dash. Check your credit card statements and receipts! They gave charged me wrong multiple times inside the gas station.

Worst car wash ever. Dirt still all over car, left rag on floor. Total rip off. On the positive side they have great snacks in the store part.
