Edible did a phenomenal job! Even days before delivery they called to let me know they were adding in a message, which was really nice of them. Basket itself was absolutely phenomenal. I was nervous because of bad reviews on a different store, but this store made a phenomenal basket. Driver did a great job delivering: it was very cold and beautifully wrapped when I got it. Fruit was absolutely delicious and the chocolate dips were amazing. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Horrible I ordered a birthday arrangement for my husband I got a text at 11 saying that my order for was on its way. Needless to say it never arrived so I call.. the girl who answers the phone lets me know that her driver is very slow and I need to be patient. I said OK but it said it was arriving four hours ago. It's now 4 o'clock what happens if it's not delivered I ask she says oh well we'll just send it tomorrow. I said tomorrow is Saturday and the next day is Sunday and that is not his birthday. Can you give me a refund we don't do that will just send the order out another day! Wth hell another day is not his birthday!

We received Salted Carmel Thanksgiving Daisy arrangement and it was the best arrangement yet!The fruit was so fresh, beautiful and delicious. The salted carmel apples were amazing ! I highly recommend you treat yourself this holiday season:)

I had completely forgotten about a special birthday. The girls that attended me were really helpful and suggestive of ideas with bundling flowers and an arrangement, Which really made my Sister feel special on her day. Fruit was delicious and not to mention it was delivered on the same day with in a couple hours. I really appreciate the help and would 100% recommend this store. They go above and beyond.

The delivery was awesome, the flowers and balloons that I ordered extra were perfect! BUT the fruits itself was a no bueno. That thing was ugly, I could've made it myself or ask my 12 yrs old sister to make it. I ordered it a week before the date it needs to be delivered to make sure they have enough time to prepare it. My mom deserved better, cmon now. SMH. Missing the grapes, the cantaloupes are not round, some of them are half round, the pineapples are over ripped, and they didn't even try to make that thing pretty cmon now. NEVER AGAIN.

I sent an arrangement to my daughter in Idaho. Not one problem! Received on time and my Grandson loved. They really are talented at arranging fruit designs. It looked exactly like the picture. I I would highly recommend EDDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS TO EVERYONE

I have not personally seen the finished product since it was a gift, but judging from the ecstatic call I got from the recipient, it was more than great. She absolutely loved it. What I can state from personal experience is the great customer service I got from Edible Arrangements, both the main site and from the Encinitas store that prepared and delivered the arrangement to my friend. I had to change the delivery date and called the Encinitas store. Very professional and friendly customer service rep said it was no problem. Made some changes to the delivery date and asked if there was anything else I could help her with, wished me a pleasant day when I told her no. Product was delivered, as mentioned previously with no delays. As a bonus, I got discount coupon for my next order. I will be using it.

Received a lovely birthday gift from the company I work for delivered to my home. The strawberries were sweet and juicy, and chili ate complimented the fruit very well! The gentleman who delivered these to me was very pleasant even when my dog came bounding up to him for some affection. If I'm looking for a gift in the local area I know who I will be ordering from!

A week before Valentines Day I ordered the arrangement. The last time I ordered from a different store and I thought this year "all stores can't be the same" well I was wrong. I called before placing an order to make sure that it would get delivered on time. The associate told me "if it was getting delivered to a business, all orders are delivered before 2pm". I said perfect and placed my order. On the day of, since I wasn't in town, I expected a txt saying "I love your gift" but still nothing. And it's past 2pm. I checked the app and it said in transit. I called the store and complained, i asked if my order doesn't get complete before she gets off, what's the next step since it was already past 2pm. Let's keep in mind, she works an hour from where she lives so there was no way they would make the delivery before the day is over. The associate told me they would deliver to the residence. I said no, if it doesn't make it before she gets off, I'd like to cancel my order. She told me I couldn't cancel my order. I told her I WILL CANCEL MY ORDER IF IT DOESNT MAKE IT BEFORE SHE GETS OFF WORK BECAUSE ANOTHER ASSOCIATE TOLD ME BEFORE 2pm. She responded "we don't make promises". And she also followed with I'll call my driver to let them know. I asked "let them know what, to not worry about me because I plan on canceling". She paused for a minute then responded with, to let them know to hurry. So I waited....she did get the flowers 5 minutes before she got off. She got off at 5pm. When she got her gift...she had no complaints on strawberries so I guess they were fine but she said the flowers looked like they were already dying. Customer service was not great and I also paid $275 for everything and flowers were dying and then nothing got delivered as promised before 2pm.

I ordered a Birthday Wish-Tini for my girlfriend on 1/24 to be delivered in 2/13 but received a call from Edible today (2/12) that they won't be able to fulfill my order because it wasn't part of their Valentine's Day collection. If you aren't going to offer your entire website then change your website. The manager was hostile on the phone and made me feel like it was my fault for just going through the normal ordering process. They didn't offer any sort of discount for my headache and instead said I could get a refund or just order something from the valentines collection. I ordered something else and we'll see if I shows up on time or at all. Please don't make me compromise when your website doesn't work.

I live in Nevada, and did an online order . the night before I wanted a delivery. I wanted to surprise my grandma for her birthday with the same day delivery, and you guys were spot on! She had no idea that this was even coming. You guys were amazing, and I will definitely be ordering with you guys again.
