After today's experience, I would avoid this pharmacy if you can. Long story short, our dog has an osteosarcoma and needed pain medication. On Wednesday my wife turned in the new prescription, but was told she would have to wait to Saturday to get it refilled (it was calculated that the number of pills on the previous prescription would get us to then). On Saturday my wife went in, and was told the prescription couldn't be refilled until Sunday (by their count, we should have still had one pill). Because our dog was in great pain, we went to the pharmacy when it opened on Sunday. Was our prescription ready? No, it still hadn't been filled. The clerk told us it would be expedited, but it wasn't filled for an hour and a quarter. When I inquired about the wait, I was told that there were other prescriptions being processed ahead of us. I explained how we had tried to have the prescription filled on Wednesday, and then again Saturday, so I was puzzled while we still seemed to be in the back of the line on Sunday. This pharmacy appears to be understaffed and overworked, and there is a clear lack of communication (i.e. since we were in on Saturday and unable to get our prescription, why did we have to wait so long on Sunday?). Very bad experience especially knowing there was a dog in pain waiting at home. Final note - it doesn't engender much confidence to see so much trash on the floors around us. Bad marks all around.

So weird, I went to pick up my child's RX, they were out of stock, I asked the pharmacist if they knew if any other CVS had the medication in stock. They looked it up and shared the address. A couple months later, same thing, out of stock, I asked the pharmacist if she could suggest another location. The pharmacist said no we can't tell you, I said that the last time the pharmacist was able to tell me which location that had it in stock. She told me "That never happened, we would never share that information" and walked away. Can't make this up, maybe she was having a bad day but Karma is a real thing and supper bummer that the most important person in the pharmacy has zero customer service skills. I'll add her name to the review. next time I'm there I'll write it down. Bummer .

If there was 0 rating for customer service, that's what I would give. Went to thiS CVS and was having trouble getting into my CVS account. Asked "MARY" if she could please help me get into my CVS account. While standing with another employee she responded "I don't know what you're asking me to do? I don't know your account number , what do you expect me to do ,"...wow, not only did she exhibit poor customer service but modeled poor customer service in front of another team member! I've been in the service industry for decades, and would NEVER respond to a customer this way!

I scheduled my Covid booster online. They only had evening appointments in which I did not have childcare, but I had an appointment and thought it would be quick.No.Arrived on time, waited in a long line and asked the wait time. “I don’t know. 5, 10, 20 minutes?” Why did I make an appointment if it wasn’t going to be honored? I sat down and the woman next to me informed me that she had already been waiting 35 minutes. I left after 45 minutes and was unable to get my shot. I had to get home to my four year old.It’s ridiculous that I bother to make an appointment, find childcare, drive there and wait for a scheduled time - and they don’t honor the time or let me know they’re running behind. (They texted me to check in. They could text to let me know they were xx minutes behind.) Epic fail.

I literally have no idea why I keep coming here. The line takes super long even if there's only two people in front of you, you get texts that rxs are ready, but then they make you wait 20 minutes when you come to pick it up, and usually the person being helped at the front of the line is angry. Also, to put an rx label on straight, start in the middle of the label. RIP pharmacists / pharmacy workers I know you deal with some bs and understaffing, but JESUS CHRIST this place is consistently a struggle bus.

Super rude old ginger woman scoffed at me and was incredibly condescending when I told her that the machine I was using to ring myself up on wasn't working (I tried 3 times and for some reason it wouldnt read my card). The store was completely empty so it's not like she was busy. Just too lazy and rude to want to do her job of ringing up customers. Not to mention everything in the store is outrageously overpriced. Don't waste your time or money here. I definitely will not be back.

The young man helping me today was incredibly polite, personable and helpful. A very refreshing experience these days. I don’t remember his name but he is on break from the University of Colorado. Thank you for being friendly and professional.

Honestly I’m shocked. I get we are all stressed out trying to make do of the pressures we are going through now. I called from advice of another CVS tech to call other branches to ask for my prescription. So I did and I called this location. I was immediately talked down to and I had no idea where that was coming from. He was male, didn’t say his name. I was trying to answer his question and had to cut him off of mid “venting” to give him my prescription. I have no idea what he was yelling at me about since I was overwhelmed with anxiety. He literally said “No” upon hearing my answer and hung up. Funny thing, he already knew from when he picked up my call this was exactly how he wanted to act. I mean we are adults now right? I mean did I cry about it ? No but, it definitely had me leaving with more questions about how tech/ pharmacist are being trained etc. It sparked my interest despite this techs broken attitude.

The beauty consultant Geraleline was so beautiful, kind ,and helpful. She greeted me right away and was consistent and helping me right away. I was looking for something in particular, but instead got some beautiful tinted lip plumpers and some serum for my eyes. Definitely the CVS to go into when looking for skincare or makeup.
