Kaili was personable, engaging, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. I enjoyed the class Kaili coached. Kaili spent time with me before class, several times during, and after class to coach, explain, and see how I'm doing. Kaili makes CrossFit the enjoyable and challenging experience folks enjoy and come back to.
