The worst pricing for used furniture I've ever seen. There's scraggly, used staples office chairs for $65 like they're brand new. Tables with totally torn up finishes listed as "lightly used" going for $200-$300. Just supremely out of touch stuff everywhere.
There's plenty of other places to do some hunting at. And if you want to spend the money they're asking for: just buy new.

Celia an employee was VERY rude and aggressive to us,a group of 3 shopping AND to her coworker. Talk about hostile!
We asked an employee where to find a table, and as he directed us, she came out of nowhere and said to him " I need you right now". Then to us she said " You need to shop on your own, he's not your personal shopper".
It was shockingly unprofessional and rude to all of us. No one should be treated the way she treated the FOUR of us.
Several minutes later she approached us and stated again to " that man has a job to do". We asked her why she was even talking to us at all, and she left mumbling something. It was very hostile. At that point we decided to leave and purchase furniture somewhere else.
Large variety of items, horrible woman employee ruining our day trying to buy 3 rooms of furniture.

I don’t find the prices to be that great, if you’ve ever been to any good thrift or estate sale you would know. Some unique finds though and large selection.

I used to really love their big warehouse with all the furniture down by Pacific Hwy. This place on Hancock is just like a really really big junk store. Very disappointing I drove all the way to the Sports Arena to find it. Yuck...

I purchased a teak trunk. I placed their red SOLD sign on the trunk and arranged to have a delivery service pick up the trunk. They showed up early the next morning only to learn" THEY SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE ". I've ask the owner to call me without response. They are happy to refund my money; however, THE DISHONEST business practice has not been addressed. NO APOLOGY or effort to make this right. Keep in mind that the item number was sold in their system. They didn't call me. They ALLOWED someone to STILL my merchandise. After over 20 year of doing business with Classic Consignments. I'm VERY disappointed. I did request RUTHANN the owner to call me several times

DO NOT TRUST this place with your items unless your only other option is throwing them out. they will damage your items you leave with them for sale. loose, misplace, steal? your items. I placed about 15 nice items in their hands to sell. over the 3 month contact 5 sold. when i came to collect the other 10 items. they told me I had to search through their whole inventory to find my items. a few were found with large scratches in them. out of the 10 items I came to collect. I was only able to find 6 in their store. They are of no ehlp and tell you if you fail to collect your items they become property of the store. (nice way to cheat sellers out of them items and the money). I WILL NEVER USE THIS CONSIGNMENT STORE AGAIN. I'd rather donate it to goodwill then have these people cheat me.

Xochilt was extremely rude to myself and my boyfriend (and we are very kind people). She was very difficult to work with and had a strong attitude the entire time -- She must be a very unhappy person. It was a terrible customer experience, I will not be going back. I do not recommend this place, it's not worth it to deal with people like this.

The people who work in intake where you drop your items off have a horrible attitude, ignore you, have smarty answers and basically dictate what needs to be done.. They are awful at customer service. Take your items to the store downtown where they have four full intake people that are considerate and not rude and can expedite your drop off and not have to stand around for 20 minutes. In addition I asked to see the owner/manager and one of the employees flat out lied and she was not there. I have been there before and found her to address the issue. If I were her I would fire all these people and start over but I guess the job is not that glamorous and can't find any competent people.

Walked in there the other day after buying stuff a year ago their prices are ridiculous and they are not willing to deal. You can find brand new stuff at HomeGoods for the same price if not lower.!!!!! Way to high $$$$
