“Well after dealing with Apple before coming here before they had closed, it was more pleasant to have some kind people helping us in Greek squad. They were kind enough to mess with the Apple iPhone that wouldn't turn on at all luckily they just barely changed there hours or else we would've been S.O.L. they tried to update the phone which apple refused to do with 25 minutes to spare. They had no luck but told us what we could do and how we can accomplish those tasks to deal with the phone issues. We are just glad that someone tried to do something even though the outcome didn't end up with a working phone. Thank you for the help, empathy and being personable while we waited!”
