I recently went to Coastal Live Scan to get fingerprinting done and it was super quick and easy! First, I scheduled an appointment online through their website, which allows you to choose a day and time on when you want to come in for your services (note: you can also schedule an appointment by calling their number as well). The day of my appointment, I got an email saying I had to reschedule. Life happens! I simply rescheduled for the next day around the same time frame. Day of appointment went smoothly. As soon as I arrived, the lady who was working there (I believe it was Khan) asked for my paperwork, identification, and went to work. She answered any questions I had, and was very professional and friendly. If you need to get any fingerprinting done, I highly suggest checking out CLS Insurance Services - Coastal Live Scan!

Go to website appointment won’t save, call and a voicemail refers you to website, go in person the door is locked, call the number on the door, it refers to website. Super frustrating.

Easy to make a reservation online. New location - pay attention! I parked in The Valley behind the business. There is an entryway from front and backside. Staff is friendly and pleasant. You can text the provided number & receive prompt answers.

quick and easy. Khan was efficient and detail oriented. She also made ample copies of my paperwork for me to make sure everything was correct. you're paying for the ease of a quick digital fingerprinting transaction which I can appreciate rather than having to mail everything myself.

This is 1 of 2 Live Scan businesses in Encinitas, and these guys are awesome. Quick, efficient and professional. I personally made a same-day appointment and they got me in with no waiting. Don't bother calling the other place.

Due to technical issues with our insurance carrier, we were having no luck getting any reply for over a week to address an urgent policy change needed. I reached out to Ken at Coastal Live and he has been amazing. He quickly replied back and was able to update the policy and get me all taken care of the same day!!! So hard to findprofessional and top notch service these days and I cant recommend Ken enough to anybody needing coverage. Will definitely recommend to all I know.

Super sweet employees! Fast services! My husband and I both needed live scan for our adoption agency and we were in and out within 15 minutes! Also super clean and they cleaned thoroughly between clients (during covid times).

This seems to be a local business- support local. I could tell they were happy to help me through the quick process of getting Livescan fingerprinting. No appointment necessary. I would return or recommend their business in the future.
