Very rude people. Mainly over priced generic commercial goods. Lacks ecology and natural handmade goods. Lots cookie cutter Amazon type stuff. Not local at all

These people don't deserve your business. They are very clearly paranoid about thieves. My son was holding one of the small toys and decided to put it back bc he didn't seem that interested in it. The owner thought I stole it and ask where I put it back so she could sanitize it and claimed my son had it in his mouth the whole time. He did not. Definitely not an enjoyable shopping experience

Cute store along the 101. Fun to browse. Picked up a few things. Staff were attentive especially when trying on your garments. Would pop back in if I'm in the area.

I visit this store every time I’m in California and I love it!!! I love the jewelry selection. They have good quality jewelry at great prices. The staff is so friendly and super easy to talk too and give great advice on selections.

Very cute store where I bought a pair of shorts on sale. 5 stars for the girls who work here since they are sweet and lovely! My new shorts are comfy and soft and they have pockets!

Great selection of items but they put the sensor tag in a place that creates a hole for a $72 sweatshirt. Please change sensor to back of tag or in an area that the hole won’t be so noticeable.

Rude staff felt uncomfortable with how many time I was asked if I needed help I could tell they were monitoring my daughter and I. As we were leaving a staff member asked me to tell my daughter to put back a necklace she “stole” I was shocked and asked her if she had taken anything she denied it and we left. I checked her and asked again later she hadn’t taken anything. I Can’t believe that kind of customer service seems to be acceptable for the staff.

Me and my parter walked into this store and were immediately followed by staff members closely consistently telling us that the small things need to be held up at the front. They would follow us everywhere we went making us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. As we were about to leave the woman standing by the door accused us of stealing and putting something up our sleeve even after we showed that we didn’t take anything the lady was still rude and no apology was given. We left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. I had previously loved shopping at this store and bought a few things here but I will not be returning after this. It is clear that the store is afraid of shoplifting based off all the items being locked up in boxes and the bag check. But to stoop so low as to accuse someone of stealing (multiple times as I can see from reviews) I can not believe how bad the customer service here is it’s disgusting.

The owner is paranoid and the customers cannot enjoy their shopping time in this store. She was rude and yelling at the workers that they must be separate and watching the front customers too. I get it there are thieves however, not EVERYONE is one and you need to treat your customers better. I'm honestly surprised you even do any business with how rude you are!

I was happy to find one of my favorite sellers in Pacific Beach, but In the North County! I was able to find a bunch of great gifts for my family and friends. Jewelry, hats, clothing, and other gifts made a great selection. The staff helped me find the right gift for my Aunt, who is hard to buy for. I visited while I was at the Encinitas street fair, and there are lots of great places nearby to grab a bite to eat. I brought my friend, and she had a great time looking around! Stop in if you need a great gift, from a local family-owned business!

The ladies in here hover and are very rude to young costumers. They must have a stealing problem because they treat their costumers horribly. Cute stuff but the staff is very rude

Today, my three daughters went into the store, looking for a birthday present. A few minutes into shopping, they already noticed the employees watching them. They asked if they needed help multiple times, to which they declined. The three went into an aisle and looked around for a bit. They noticed one worker in the same area as them and she ended up going up to my youngest daughter. She asked my daughter to remove an item from her pocket, accusing her of taking something. The employee walked away without apologizing. My daughters were just shopping and ended up leaving. They felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
