The NO button in the service panel did not work! There was a very long pause before the panel indicated I could pump gas. I almost left and the next customer would have been able to get free gas using my credit card

I'm African American and I needed help at this gas station. The store manager pretended to be my friend and called the police. I'm a 48 year old woman and three Carlsbad police officers surrounded my car. The first officer tried cornering me inside the store with his camera in my face. I'm innocent. No warrants . I needed the police to help me and they treated me like a suspect. Heartbreaking experience.

Employees are rude they see you standing in front of them and they just ignore you until you go to self check out

The clerk was exceptionally professional, very happy places, very clean. She was nice to everybody that she talk to, and was outstanding.

All I needed was propane the employee was too lazy to go out and unlock it so I guess he didn't want to make money that's okay I'd rather support a different gas station that have to be disrespected will never go here again just go to the other gas stations down the road. Not to mention he has a lazy eye very uncomfortable.

Bad customer service, racist didn't let us get gas or use to the restroom . She was screaming and using bad lenguage this happen Wednesday at 6am
