The employees here were shockingly rude and unhelpful to me, making my shopping experience absolutely miserable. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone looking for electric bikes due to their disrespectful staff.

Very kind employeesThey helped my daughter with her chain. And when they were fixing the chain on the e-bike. They wiped down her bike. Made it look brand new. They also have great accessories for your bikes as well. Stop by. U won’t be disappointed.

I stopped in to see if they could check the battery life of my bikes battery and three people just sat there and then the youngest says, “Naw we don’t do that. “I had planned on buying a couple e-bikes for the family from them but that incident sent me to their competitor.Horrible customer relations. Extremely unprofessional attitudes from all three employers. Buy elsewhere people and have fun!

Called in asking about servicing electrics, and at first helpful employees said yeah bring your bike by. On a follow up call about the exact same question today a younger sounding employee stated "we have bikes with Bosch mid-drive motors and that's what we service here". He did offer to do mechanical work unfortunately the company has "electric bike" in their name. I don't think this reflects entirely on the company, just one stupid kid. The employees I originally spoke to get five stars for not being d*** when they talk and being very helpful at the time.

Much quicker and less costly repairs/servicing for our Magnum Pathfinder bikes. Glad to have found Charlies and highly recommend them.

This review is long overdue, but now that I am done with Charlie's and will not be going back for anything , here it is. We bought 2 bikes 2 1/2 years ago, I asked the kid (because that is basically what works there) is this bike big enough for my husband standing there at 290 lbs, he assured us it was. The spokes started breaking within a month (they are not covered under the warranty) and the service dept tried to say he was going over bumps too fast, which he was not. So we researched it, only to find out the bike was only made for up to a 265 lb weight limit. Talk to Brian the manager, he was not aware of that weight limit, but took no responsibility for the bike being sold to us. After MUCH debate cause he saw no reason to take the bike back, we upgraded to a bigger and more expensive bike, and he charged us $200 for use of the first bike that should have never been sold to us in the first place. Believe me it's like beating your head against the wall, trying to make them understand the concept of good customer service. The service department is terrible too! Their way of fixing something is to replace parts, till they find the cause of the problem! They charge you and when the problem continues then they'll tell you need to replace something else, it's a joke! So if this saves one person from dealing with all the frustration we have encountered, then this long review was worth every word!

You have to read this. Owner won't adjust my brakes bc it's a RadRunner electric bike and "kids ride them too fast". Took my RadRunner in for a brake adjustment bc I nearly killed myself going down a hill with no brakes. Guy says exactly this: "I won't usually work on this brand of bike because the kids around here ride them too fast"..."who's bike is this?". It's my bike chief. I rode it directly into the garage right in front of your face. I'm 40. I ask him why he works on other brand bikes?... he thinks kids and adults don't ride the other brands too fast? I just rode out. Don't give your money too or leave your possessions in the care of someone like this. Hey hope I don't get injured riding home with no brakes.

I have known this family for a long time and they do everything first class and with integrity. Don't buy a cheap ebike. Buy something that is quality and value. The team at Charlies can hook you up with a great bike at a great price. Gavin is super knowledgeable and they can match you up with a bike that will be perfect for you. I Love Mine!

I was walking by and one of their bikes yelled my name, so I stopped in and started asking questions. Kia was super knowledgeable and really helpful. I tested two different bikes and Kia took the time to explain the pros and cons of each one, giving me 100% of his attention. I purchased a gazelle Medeo T-10 and Charlie's had the best price! Bought an bike on our first visit! Gavin was super friendly and knowledgable about all the bikes, and guided my wife to a Gazelle that fit all our criteria, so we bought it right away. I was happy that they tuned up the bike before sending us home with it.
