super quick and easy, a bit overpriced

My daughter was in town for a medical procedure and we are from out of town. I had my mother and granddaughter with me. I thought it would be nice to get out of the heat and go to Walmart while i got an oil change and a car wash. I was greeted by Kelvin and before i could say anything he told me before he can go any further he first needed to see if i have any oil left in my car. I drive a well kept, 2017 Hyundai. I thought his statement was odd. When he checked my oil i saw him dab the dipstick with his towel then he came to show me i didn't have any oil. I told him that was not possible. He said these cars always do this and told me he has multiple WOMEN come in WEEKLY so he can put oil in their Hyundai. He proceeded to tell me the oil change and coolant top off would be 120.00 plus tax. I said no thank you, that price is way too high. He then became very argumentative telling me i know nothing about about oil changes and i must not have gotten one in a long time. I've been driving for 30 years, raised by men and can change my own oil and filters and he was talking to me like i was clueless. I told him I'd find the nearest valvoline where i can get a full synthetic oil change and coolant top off for 89.00. Also, if they can preserve my filter by blowing air and dusting it off, they will. I've been driving Hyundais for 10 years, most of my family drives a Hyundai because of their reliability and none of us have ever had a problem losing oil. Not even the older models. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They're very nice here and it was very straightforward to get my oil change. I think they forgot to call me when they were done, but it was no problem as it only took 20 mins and I just walked back over and saw the car was there. Kelvin was very nice and the oil change seems to have been fine. Oil changes are expensive - but if you do it here you get a free car wash across the street which was super easy. And there are lots of lunch choices near by if you want to do your oil change at lunchtime! KC Tandoor + an oil change = a fun and easy errand!

Came here today for an oil change. They said it would take 15 minutes on the phone and it turned out to be a whole hour. Service was atrocious and condescending. Only two guys working and one straight up laughed in my face when i would ask any question. Then when it was finished they told me my wind shield whipers were broken(they were completely in tact the previous time i drove. I have come to the conclusion that they purposely cut them to get us to pay money on new ones and installation. This place should not even have 3 stars. Especially if you are a woman, the workers here are creepy, misogynistic and rude. Only one who saved the day was a man working in the shell and gave us a free car wash for our experience.

Beware. I want to give people who have been wronged here some information that may help you if you're looking for a pattern and practice of bad acts. I just had an oil change three weeks ago and it became clear they didn't do what they said they did. They falsified my report. They didn't fill the windshield fluid like they said. How do I know? It ran out a few days ago with almost no additional use. Same with radiator. I don't know if they really did an oil change or if they used a cheaper oil than I paid for. Beware as these guys are not honest and you may pay for things that they simply don't do. The manager agreed to redo the oil change completely so they re-earned one star. Why is it that oil change places are commonly shifty and dishonest?

Place will charge way more than they should based on gender they guy working tried to tell me it would cost me $125 dollars for an oil change, just because I am a female doesn't mean I'm d*** lol. Will never bring business here they're honestly a joke.

Don't go here they are very sexist don't support them. They wanted to charge me 70 dollars for an oil change and I told them that's way too much and shouldn't be more than 30. They told me my car was needed "special oil" so that's why it was so much. I left cause I'm not stupid an oil change shouldn't cost that much. My dad took my car in and asked how much it would be and they told him 30. We took my car somewhere else who also charged us 30 dollars because I wasn't going there because they acted like I was stupid because I was a girl. Unless you want to support a sexist company don't go here get your oil changed elsewhere.

Curtis and Martin were outstanding. They were very friendly and very quick. I showed up at 11AM on Sunday and was out the door in twenty minutes. It was my first oil change in my new car and I felt great with their service.

Didn't even clean the grill, and they broke my windshield. They don't let you do anything about damages because they have a sign stating they aren't responsible even though its their fault.

I've gone here twice for a simple oil change, first time drain plug was not tightened enough and was leaking so I fixed it. Second time, oil change again, oil leaking but not from drain plug. Took to my mechanic and it was the oil filter not tightened enough. Made a nice mess of oil in my parking space. Not going back.

Im very uppset!! Jerry (employee) from this place. I bought my own oil and filter and still charged me with 30$. Its not alot but he didnt even give me an invoice and never paid or put it in the system. Later that day i brought another car a charged me 40 dollarsand gave me 2 of the same invoice from the prevoius car i brought. Jerry was expecting me to pay double the previous and the the other cars oil change. Thank God the manager was there he didnt get away with it. 50 dollars i spent. These guys are just doing side jobs and but ripping customers off. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
