Excellent customer service! We love our Cali Bamboo floors! They're beautiful and durable! Update: Almost 3 years later, they still look as beautiful a the day we installed them! We have 2 dogs, a cat, and 2 kids. These floors are fantastic!

Sales person David Shin is excellent he is knowledgeable and take you through start to finish in dealing with your order. He also monitors your order and helped you with any issue you may have. If you want satisfaction use David.
