What a thoroughly horrid company these folk are. Nothing to do with Brixton, LONDON, England and yet they want to stop a small community based initiative that IS in Brixton from using Brixton in its name but also want to steal any money they have made for the local, disadvantaged community ?♂️. Corporate greed and bully boy tacticts at its finest. Im sure they are not bancrupting you. Stay on your side of the pond!

Claiming TM rights over a community hub in the UK is the lowest you can get. Please don't shop here and support corporate bullying. These people don't care for the community, they just care for themselves.

Was just out riding my bicycle from Oceanside, heading for San Diego
(After I had taken the train from LA Union station earlier in the morning) and had no idea about Brixton as a brand. I passed by and the well designed interior with its curated space of clothing and hats and other goods caught my attention. I met a really cool and pleasant man named Chase. We had a good exchange of words.
I will come back one day, and I would highly recommend anyone passing by to check out the space and the company website. The best of fortune to this local Clothing & Lifestyle Company.

I recently purchased a Brixton "lifeguard" straw hat in the Encinitas store to replace my old Brixton "Napa raffia" straw hat, which I purchased about 8 years ago. Brixton makes THE BEST hats in my opinion: comfortable, stylish, durable, eco-friendly, etc. Chase (store manager) was very welcoming and used special tools to stretch the hat to a perfect fit. I will definitely buy another Brixton hat in the future!!

Blown away by the service from Chase at Brixton Enci. My band on my fave hat and he made it look brand new! Appreciate great customer service so much these days!

I was given a gift card for my birthday and decided to go to the store to try on some shirts. The Medium size fit me well, so I wanted to use my gift card to make the purchase. However, to my surprise, the store informed me that I could only use the gift card online. Frustrated, I went online and bought the same shirt in the same size, but unfortunately, it didn't fit as nicely as the one I tried in the store. Wanting to exchange it for a Large size, I thought it would be a simple process by visiting the store, but Josh Allen from customer service, was unhelpful. He insisted that the only way to exchange the shirt was by mailing it back and paying an additional fee called the "refund processing fee." This was frustrating because I didn't want a refund; I simply wanted to exchange it for a larger size. I even offered to go to their store in Encinitas for the exchange. Overall, the negative reviews on Yelp, confirmed that they have poor customer service and complicated transactions, with additional charges. As a result, I have decided that I will never purchase from them again, assuming they are still in business.

Go to the Oceanside location on Wisconsin instead. They have a better selection and a friendlier and more knowledgeable staff in Oceanside. At the Encinitas store I asked about how the sizing works since numerical sizes are only listed in Australian measurements. The associate couldn't answer my question and seemed offended that I kept probing for an answer. When I got out of the dressing room they completely ignored me. Staff might need better training in brand ambassadorship and customer service.

Best little clothing and cowboy hat shop. Nicest employees. Chase really took his time with my girlfriend and i and made sure we absolutely loved the embroidery on our cowboy hats. He was incredibly kind and is definitely going places!
